本咖啡店位于居民区的一栋建筑转角楼梯下，面积约15平方米，利用独特位置和树荫下的独立外摆区，为顾客提供舒适的户外空间。我们致力于创造一个温馨、放松的社区咖啡店，与主流商业网红店区别开来。

This coffee shop is strategically located under the staircase at the corner of a building in a residential area, occupying approximately 15 square meters. We have leveraged this unique location and an independent outdoor seating area shaded by trees to provide a comfortable exterior space for patrons. Our goal is to create a warm, relaxing community coffee shop that contrasts with mainstream commercialized establishments.

我们希望以最少的预算完成装修，我们选择了耐用且性价比高的木材和小块瓷砖，设计简洁功能性强，所有家具和装饰均在工厂预制，现场安装，缩短了施工周期并确保质量和精度。

To minimize renovation costs, we selected durable and cost-effective materials such as wood and small tiles. The design prioritizes simplicity and functionality, with all furniture and fixtures prefabricated in a factory and installed on-site. This approach not only reduced the construction timeline but also ensured quality and precision.

在这个紧凑的约15平方米空间内，我们通过精确到毫米的尺寸控制，最大化利用每一寸空间。紧凑的座椅设计增加了容纳量，墙面和柜台下方设有储物空间，保持整洁。我们希望通过经济高效的设计方案，有效控制开店成本，支持咖啡店的长期运营，成为社区居民理想的休闲和社交场所。

Within this compact 15-square-meter space, we have meticulously controlled dimensions down to the millimeter to maximize every inch of usable space. The compact seating arrangement increases capacity, and storage solutions integrated into the walls and beneath counters maintain organization. Our aim is for this cost-effective design to control initial expenses effectively, support long-term operation, and provide an ideal space for community residents to relax and socialize.
