Appreciation towards (fos) for providing the following description:

(fos)是一家总部位于马德里和巴塞罗那，由建筑师，室内设计师，艺术和图形设计师组成的多学科团队，团队成员有Susana Piquer, Eleni Karpatsi和Julio Calvo。他们提倡有乐趣的进行创造。这里为大家介绍的是(fos)团队在Rayen餐厅门口用250米黄色胶带安装的一个临时装置，这个装置也叫(fos)，其实(fos)在希腊文里面有”光“的含义。这道亮黄色的”光“照亮了Rayen餐厅门口四个昼夜。搭配的菠萝，挂画，家具也同这束神奇的光发生关联。

(fos) is the name of the first installation of (fos), the name as the team itself.

The word fos means melted in Catalan and light in Greek language.

The protected façade of Rayen restaurant, in Barrio de las Letras – Madrid, has been illuminated for 4 days and nights by about 250m of yellow adhesive tape. The installation gives the illusion of an artificial light shining from above the restaurant’s entrance. By using tape, pineapples, painted pieces of art, lawn furniture and … a lamp, (fos) created a visual spectacle between perspective and colour volumes. The tape covered both, vertical and horizontal surfaces, creating a skin which followed the beam’s shape.The color covered the items only where the light fell, regarding the front view. The result was a visual game that would stroke passersby’s attention.

设计师在餐厅对面标出一个摄影符号，人们停留在那个位子上可以最佳观赏到该装置的效果。一个吸引行人的有趣而互动的视觉游戏。

TEAM:
(fos) is a multidisciplinary team based in Madrid and Barcelona.
Working as independent architects, interior designers, art directors and graphic designers, decided to join as a multidisciplinary team to create design experiences and, above all, have fun.
We are Susana Piquer, Eleni Karpatsi and Julio Calvo.
