对于西坡中卫的设计构思，我们始终坚持打造专属的西坡风，让西坡在不同坐标的土地上生长出来。剔除城市紧张冰冷的线条感，营造轻松亲切，温暖如家的氛围。在保证生活高品质的基础上，利用本地、回收循环利用的环保材料，打造最舒适，最科学，最能经受时间检验的建筑空间。

For the design concept of Hillside village zhongwei, we always insist on creating exclusive Hillside village style, so that the Hillside village grows on different coordinates of the land. Eliminate the cold line feeling of city tension and coldness, and create a relaxed, friendly and warm atmosphere like home. On the basis of guaranteeing high quality of life, the most comfortable, scientific and time-tested building space can be created by using local and recycled environmental protection materials.

“尊重自然，尊重在地文化”的设计理念，充分利用自然景观优势，融入无国界乡村美学风格，坚持“建筑材料的本地化”与“二手料及废旧料的循环再利用”，打造别具风格的居住体验。为适应当地气候特征，西坡中卫保留了当地原有的平顶土坯房风格，同时进行了更符合现代生活需求和审美情趣的功能性改造。

The design concept of “respecting nature, respecting local culture”, making full use of the advantages of natural landscape, integrating into the aesthetic style of countryside without borders, adhering to the “localization of building materials” and “recycling and reuse of used materials and waste materials” to create a unique style of living experience. In order to adapt to the local climate characteristics, Zhongwei on the Hillside village retained the original flat-roofed adobe house , and carried out functional transformation more in line with the needs of modern life and aesthetic taste.

开放式的整体院落布局与土黄色抹泥的建筑外墙，让整个项目与本地生态环境连接的更加自然，室内以暖黄色调水泥为基调，采用了水磨石等现代材料与当地老木材结合的方式，让整个建筑的内外观感和肌理都能和谐搭配。

The open overall courtyard layout and the exterior wall of the earth-yellow plastered building make the whole project more natural to connect with the local ecological environment. The interior is based on warm yellow cement and adopts the way of combining modern materials such as terrazzo with local old timber, so that the interior and exterior look and texture of the whole building can be harmoniously matched.

客房和公区摆放着由设计师们精挑细选出来的物件，其中大多都是旧物——除了本地的老物件，更有从非洲、印度等地远渡重洋而来的木雕、毛毡……设计师借助室内外空间，让这些跨越国界和时间的旧物背后的文化精神融合重组重新呈现。

Rooms and districts are decorated with objects carefully selected by designers, most of which are old things – in addition to local old things, there are also wood carvings, felt from africa, India and other places to cross the ocean… With the help of indoor and outdoor space, designers can re-present the cultural and spiritual integration and reorganization behind these old things that cross national boundaries and time.
