在我看来当代艺术是一种关于自由的表述。在我的作品中最持久的是理想和现实碰撞出生命的某种形态，有的如夏花般绚烂，有的如大海般宁静。犹如一首命运的交响乐，感悟生命的丰富和可爱。画布上的质朴的肌理感觉正如我们对自己最爱的人的爱抚，寻求比爱更深的爱，一种临近生命的本质的激情。沉下去，到时间的尽头。

简单说,我表现得是对自然和生命的感悟,让自然之物注入到我体内,慢慢体会在我身体里的细微的变化,融合。然后将其这个有趣，奇妙的过程运用我熟知的绘画材料表达，表现我和自然的关系。追求超越具体物象的自由，探求物象的精神世界。就和世界上没有完全相同的两片树叶一样，我的作品不可以复制和临摹，是一种情感的升华，是独立于物象之外的精神探索。在这个世界上，有些东西可以预知却无法看见，它们很美好，我试图用我的方式表达它们，这就有了我的作品。事实上，我很难用精准的语言来描述它，我宁愿诗化我的所思，所想，或愤怒，或浪漫，或批判，或赞美，等等。

执着于对内心的真实感受，得益于中国传统的庄子、老子，和古印度的神秘主义哲学，技法源于意大利宗教绘画“丹培拉”时期不知名虔诚的画家和西方诸位古典大师波提切利、提香、伦勃朗、等等原作的不断揣摩。“技可进乎道，艺可通乎神…”为了追求完美的品质，一张作品我有时反复画上好几年，但是有时候一气呵成也很好。绘画的时候仿佛连接到亘古或是另一个时空里，如印象主义的德彪西和拉威尔的音乐，能感觉到宇宙的呼吸。

In my opinion the Contemporary Arts is a kind of expression of free. The most sustained pattern in my work is something like life that comes from the collision between ideal and reality. Some of it is just like the beautiful summer flower, and some is so calm as the vast sea. My work is like a symphony of fate, which is rich and lovely.

The feeling modest texture in the canvas is just like the caress to our favorite people, we are seeking a deeper love, a passion near the essence of life. Sinking, to the end of the time.

Simply spaeking, the pursuit of my drawing is insights on the nature and life. I prefer to let the natural things embed into my body, feeling the slight changes slowly. Then I use my well know paiting materials to express the interesting and wonderful process. I pursuit the freedom beyond the specific object, and I explore the spiritual word of object. As no leaves are exactly the same in the world, my work cannot copy or facsimile. It is a kind of emotional sublimation, a kind of independence of the spirit exploration outside the object. There exists something we can perceive but cannot see in the world. They’re wonderful. I try to express them in my own way, which leads to my works come out. In fact, it is difficult to express them accurately by words. I would like to show what I am thinking and watching with poetic inclination, such as anger, romance, criticism, praise and so on.

Cling to the inner true feelings, I benefitted from the Chinese tradition of Zhuangzi, Lao tze, and the ancient Indian philosophy of mysticism, and learnt skill and technique from constantly speculating about the original Italy religious painting drawing by unknown pious master painter in “Dan opera” age and those western classical master such as Botticelli, Titian, Rembrandt, and so on.

“Technology can be on the way, art can connect by god.into the interior…” For the pursuit of perfect quality, I sometimes spend several years to draw a piece of work repeatedly, but sometimes paint at one go is also well.

I am connected to the ancient of days, or in another time and space when I was painting, such as a impressionism music of Debussy and Ravel, which can feel the breath of the universe.

自喻

在这个世界上存在着，我们能感知到，却看不到的一些东西。它们很奇妙，我试着用自己的方式将其表达出来，这就有了我的作品。

它们是一种态度，是我对自己、对他人、对社会、对生活、对理想、对命运的理解和认识。

在形式的美感、风格的变幻、或粗狂或细腻的笔触中去真实地触摸生活和社会，而不斤斤计较于物象的是与非。

将古典学院和当代绘画重新运用、解构、组合，淋漓痛快地享受追求生命之美的过程。在个性的隐忍与张扬之间挣扎，在生命的内在张力与结构之间寻找灵性。

真正主宰画面的应该是意识、气韵、色彩等这些潜在的品质。在“似与不似之间”，着眼于对精神世界的探索。

具象亦抽象，抽象由具象里衍生，我游走于两个极端，尽力拉伸到极限，渐渐发现：越古典越现代。

我们常常为了某些欲望，迷失了自己。有些生活似乎离我们渐渐远去，尤其在现代的今天，但是艺术会告诉我们：

我们是谁，从哪里来，该到哪里去？

它可能在离我们很远的地方，也可能就在我们身边，关键是我们以怎样的态度对待生活，如何发现生活和艺术的真
谛。

“我们慢慢地长大，慢慢地失去快乐。”我也只是想很诗意地表达：我所看所思所想，或愤怒或浪漫或批判或赞美… 。发现了生活中不为常人所理解关注的一些东西，看不到的才最真实。

每个人与生俱来都有自己的审美，只是后天被教化后失去了本性。即六祖所云：“菩提自性，本来清净，但用此心，直了成佛。”生活是艺术的源泉，在生活中感悟可以到愈多道理，生活里不仅有酸甜苦辣，还有鲜香咸淡等更多的更细腻、更有趣的感觉。

我总想或者试图把它表达出来，不露痕迹自然的表达，像一个人静静地把自己关在黑暗的房间里，独自欣赏所吐出来的烟圈那样迷人而上瘾。

而我的作品，我希望像自然界里生长的植物自己慢慢成长，每一片叶子都不会重复。一直“长”到最美的时候，我才会停手。这才是最好的作品。

Preface

There exists something we can perceive but cannot see in the world. They’re wonderful. I try to express them in my own way, which leads to my works come out.

In fact, it is difficult to express them accurately by words.

I would like to show what I am thinking and watching with poetic inclination, such as anger, romance, criticism, praise and so on.

They are an attitude. They are my comprehension and cognition to the fate, to ideals, to the life, to society, to others, and to my own.

I enjoy the process of pursuing of the beauty life happily through re-using, deconstructing, assembling the classical academic and contemporary painting. I search for spirituality between the struggle of personality control and unabashed individuality, between the inner tension and the structure in life.

In the form of beauty, in the style of varies: rough mad or delicate to truly touch lives and society, rather than focus on the images themselves.

The leading role of the painting should be potential qualities such as conscious, artistic conception, color, etc.

Between “similar and do not similar”, focusing on the exploration of the spiritual world.

I walk through two extremes: figural painting and abstract painting, while the abstract is derive from the figural.

I try to stretch to the limit, finally I gradually found: the more classic it is, the more modern it will be.

In the modern society, more and more things that we cherished in life seem to be far away from us, though art tells us who we are, where we come from, and where we should go.

It may be not far from us, even probably lies in the very side around us, it depends on our attitude towards life, and how we find the true meaning of life and art.

Poetry shows one’s ambition, but painting expresses more directly. We often lost ourselves for make a living.

I consider writing poetry and drawing both are very interesting thing. It is a process of cleansing the soul, an expression of my feelings in a way, and a kind of knowledge of life in my opinion.

Life is the source of art, and life brings us lots of sense not only sweet things but also many of bitter ones, as well as some delicate or interesting feelings.

It is common to see that a lot of people believe in so called “authority” blindly. They always echo what the “authority” said. Those obedient people don’t have a firm standpoint, which let “authority” leads them by the nose.

Then, which works should be delimited good? In fact, I think it is very simple: Everyone has his own aesthetic.

You should follow your heart to experience the most realistic feelings. Once you understand the author, and resonate with him, you would gradually comprehend the real “work.”

We grow up slowly, and lost happiness slowly. Youth is suffering, rather than cool. At that time, my awareness of life is very limit. With more and more experience I know the nice and bitter of life and the bitter ones can be put into experience through writing poetry and painting. I learn to face difficulties, solve problems, and experience the wonderful feeling through it. What’s more, I find something ignored by ordinary people for they don’t know the most reality things is that we cannot see.

The true the art is, the beautiful it will be. That is to say the artistic work should contain the real emotions and feelings. Besides, there needs a variety of means and methods of writing, usually we call it “form”. In other words, the form and the content should unit perfectly. We tend to express our feeling and opinion towards  objective matter or event naturally, and it is fantasy as if a person who is watching the smoke ring he expelled in a dark room.

The creation of my work is just like plants growing in the nature of which leaf will not be repeated. I stopped to start a new one until my work is in its best situation, and it’s the way it should be.

I was a born sensitive person. Poet and painter should be a maverick, and I think they should be like this. My work is precisely the records of my personal experience.
