引言：当下流行的餐饮文化中，拍照空间的重要性成为不亚于厨房功能的真切存在。在空间设计过程中，从概念到节点各个环节都需要经过“拍照是不是好看”的推敲。这家甜品店在投入运营后的反馈也给我们带来了一些反思，我们一边欣慰于满足了顾客的这种日常需求，同时也在思考：记录以及浏览记录是否占据了我们过多的生活？而此次餐厅设计是否某种程度上在鼓励这种生活方式？

餐厅选址位于始于唐代的成都大慈寺西北侧，店铺主立面朝向古寺的红色围墙，竹影婆娑，磬音飘袅。餐厅与红墙的对话于是成为设计的起点。原建筑玻璃幕墙向室内后退一个通道宽度，为人与临街店铺推门即进的关系增加迂回机会。由金属网与玻璃幕墙组成双层立面，柔化了室内与佛寺边界。同时因二者相互推拉的关系形成静止的动态，也给名为“客从何处来”甜品餐厅增添武侠气息。建筑外墙面的磨砂银白色特殊肌理漆，衬托绵延起伏的金属编织网，打造新鲜的质感和记忆。

The site is facing a Tang Dynasty buddha temple. It is exactly the red wall surrounded of the temple leads the design of a signature view finder, which freezes outdoor scene for interior, also as lens to recording customer’s circulation for passers to better understand interior structure. Besides, this restaurant mainly provides Japanese fusion dessert, so “coral red” in colour dictionary of Taisho and Showa period was chosen for the passage. It is mean to emphasise dialogue with the red wall. This passage made up with scissor staircase from GF, interlayer platform and column-free spiral to 1F.

我们从大正昭和年间的色典中选出较低饱和度的红“珊瑚珠”作为贯穿一二层交通的色彩，与对面的寺庙红墙产生对话。室内共两层均层高较高，且原始条件两层之间无楼梯连接。这些现状给设计和布局留下了更大的空间和余地，因此交通空间的设计成为此次改造的一个重点。通道由剪刀梯，夹层平台和无柱旋转楼梯组成。玻璃砖与珊瑚珠色钢板组成的交通空间串联着几处可停顿空间，使游走过程因此慢了下来，缓解因层高造成的令人恐惧的楼梯踏步数量，并丰富了体验内容。

Metal net and glass curtain wall build up double facade for both GF and 1F. Door frames and window frames pull or push metal net . At the same time when soften indoor-outdoor edge, it also meat to set a swordsmen-image, this is to respond the name of this restaurant which is actually a line of Tang Dynasty poem.

三幕式结构做为好莱坞电影的典型叙事手法，沿袭自亚里士多德阐释的“故事基本要素”，即：开端、中段和结尾。而“三幕剧”概念发源于舞台戏剧，承自十九世纪法国剧作家尤金史克莱伯。通常前中后段在时间上各占1/4、1/2、1/4，第一幕和第二幕结束时会有一个“转折点”，改变故事的走向。我们在此借鉴了这一概念。

▼红色通道连接至二层，the passage to the first floor

第一幕旨在铺陈。进入楼梯间，与寺庙正对的超大比例外凸窗将人的视线一直延伸至寺庙内建筑上，楼梯间墙、顶、地面的珊瑚珠红如寺庙围墙的延续，与寺庙产生对话。取景窗其实对内也对外：对室内定格一片墙景；对室外，在楼梯上行走的客人也构成了风景本身。第二幕旨在制造对立。穿行在夹层走道，左右均为4.2m挑高空间，缓冲休息同时可俯瞰一层活动场景，以及欣赏专门为之预留挑高空间的装置。第三幕旨在事件如何结束，揭开伏笔，所有遗留未解的谜团都在此解开。

常规双螺旋无柱旋转楼梯需要地基来支承。为了实现在钢结构夹层上建立无柱旋转楼梯，施工时先立中柱，通过夹层楼板结构将力转化后再将部分中柱除去，剩下的部分即是扶手。旋转楼梯是整个上楼过程的最后高潮阶段, 一段短暂的旅程结束，走出相对狭窄的旋梯，便来到二楼挑高9m的双向坡屋顶空间。

二层靠窗座位的设置提供另一种用餐体验，同时也使这里从商场二层室外连廊看过去成为一面四格橱窗。玻璃幕墙外覆的金属网在一层时是由窗框与门框往外推，而在二层是由门框向内拉，这场从进入餐厅开始的空间体验以动态的立面开始，在二层立面呈现出反向的动态, 同样以一个暧昧的边界作为此次空间体验的结束。

一家甜品餐厅也如一个日常生活的舞台，各种活动在有限的时间和空间内展开。约会，下午茶，拍照，络绎的客人是临时的表演者，也是移动的视觉景观。
