在国家倡导全民运动的热潮下，滑雪早已是当下最受年轻人欢迎的户外运动之一，中国也成为了拥有室内滑雪场最多的国家。最新落成的武汉甘露山国际滑雪场除了涵盖酒店、商业零售、乐园等休闲娱乐配套，还在滑雪学校、滑雪俱乐部、大型赛事运营等方面做深度拓展，是全国首个滑雪为主题的世界级新型娱乐综合体。

Promoted by the Beijing Winter Olympics, snow sports have become a popular leisure activity among the younger generations of China. The recently completed Wuhan Ski Resort combines the actual sports facilities with hotels, retail, theme parks and other entertainment amenities, and complement them with ski schools, ski clubs, and professional sports events, creating this new type of entertainment complex with a snow theme.

超高落差、500米雪道的24小时娱乐综合体
A 24-hour Leisure Complex with a 500-meter Downhill Slope

位于武汉黄陂区的甘露山国际滑雪场，毗邻木兰古镇，是一个环绕中央湖区，集结各类娱乐、体育、零售等设施的超大型商业娱乐综合体，大面积公共露台的建筑体量与三维像素主题的外立面相映成趣，将成为区域的全新地标型建筑。全新的娱乐综合体将室内滑雪运动、户外主题乐园以及商业街区完美结合，开创提供全方位服务的新型超级休闲综合地标。甘露山国际滑雪场规划定位为一个环湖娱乐24小时不停歇的综合性舞台。狂欢的氛围、室内室外贯通的商业街、水上运动和抽象的山景融为一体，在奇幻的大型综合体中给人们带来沉浸式的体验。

Located in the Huangpi district adjacent to Mulan Ancient Town, Wuhan Ski Resort is set to be the new contemporary landmark of the area: a variety of entertainment, sports, and retail facilities groups around a central lake, to form a super-large commercial complex that promotes snow sports all-year-round. In a well-composed combination of indoor winter sports, outdoor theme park playground, and connective retail street, Wuhan Ski Resort sets precedent for a new type of all-inclusive entertainment. Curated as a stage for 24-hour lakeside enjoyment, the masterplan arrays carnival vibes, indoor and outdoor shopping precincts, watersports and the abstracted vision of a mountain in the immersive experience of a singular super-sized complex where architecture and surfaces merge in complementary scales of terraced three-dimensional pixels.

Integrating Sports with Celebration, Events and Retail

围绕三种不同的休闲体验：运动、零售及娱乐，三种尺度差异巨大的建筑类型在交融互补的设计语言框架内统一起来。

Enclosing three different leisure experiences, three different building typologies of contrasting scale are unified in the framework of an integral design language.

室内滑雪运动与室外嘉年华景观相辅相成，室内室外零售提供多样化的体验。全新的室内滑雪场拥有长500米，落差近百米的室内雪道,旨在满足中国城市人口最多之一——武汉的雪上娱乐需求。

Indoor snow adventures are complemented by an extensive outdoor carnival landscape, as well as a variety of indoor and outdoor retail. Wuhan Ski Resort appeals to the amusement appetite of one of the most populous cities in China. Its half-kilometer-long and 100 m high indoor ski slope sets precedent for a new type of indoor winter sports.

室内室外交互的城市客厅
Indoor-outdoor Urban Living Room

雪道脚下的各类运动平台、娱乐狂欢空间延伸至水岸，通过像素化多媒体立面与公共广场、商业街区和大面积的绿色景观发生关联及互动。室内空间全然融入了室外，通过多个首层商业的策略，最大化利用自然景观。以娱乐设施和自然景观来激活内部和外部商业区域，并与毗邻的交通站点直连。

Below the half-kilometer-long and 100m high indoor ski slope with its pixelated multi-media façade, foothills full of sports and nightlife venues scatter towards the waterside, linking plazas and retail streets with generously landscaped areas and interactive facades. Indoor spaces dissolve into the outdoors, to activate internal and external retail areas with entertainment facilities and landscapes, and to connect to the adjacent transportation nodes.

景观设计结合建筑的未来感，延续甘露山脚下的小镇风情，打造雪峰下的冰雪小镇之旅。以冰雪形体为设计语言，串联起由“商业街+雪世界综合体”以及“文旅小镇多样的潮玩空间”构成冰雪小镇的景观故事。

The landscape design combines the futuristic architecture with the charm of the town at the foot of Ganlu Mountain, creating a snow town experience beneath the snow-capped peaks. Using the forms of ice and snow as the design language, the landscape narrative of the Ice and Snow Town is seamlessly connected, consisting of a “Commercial Street + Snow World Complex” and a “Diverse Trendy Play Space in the Cultural Tourism Town”.

商业街+雪世界文旅
Commercial Street + Snow World Cultural Tourism

依托现状滨水高差地理环境及建筑乐高童趣的独特造型，营造“西嬉里商业街区+潮玩滨水街区”两大景观旅游流线，打造属于武汉的冰雪IP文旅小镇生活新体验。景观依据现状滨水高差打造了多层次的商业+游玩动线。现有的4条步行游玩动线：雪世界步行动线、西嬉里商业步行动线、滨水休闲步行动线、湖岸生态步行动线。

The “Commercial Street + Snow World Cultural Tourism” was designed with a focus on cultural tourism operations and commercial traffic generation, ensuring ongoing buzz for the project. The four existing pedestrian routes are: the Snow World Pedestrian Path, West Joy Commercial Pedestrian Path, Waterfront Leisure Pedestrian Path, and Lakeside Ecological Pedestrian Path.

西嬉里商业街区融合了多重游乐潮玩场所，打造出集艺术、游乐、运动、自然、现代五位于一体的全新体验空间。项目南侧主入口以雕塑感未来感的曲线雕塑做门头，既丰富了市政道路界面增强昭示性入口，又增加了入口的仪式感。入口广场跃动的旱喷与远处的摩天轮跳动的灯光，构建了甘露山文创城活力的基调，渐变的铺装更增添了引导合趣味性。越过入口广场来到西嬉里商业内街，有两条丰富的游玩动线可选，一侧是雪世界综合体的潮玩与激情。另一侧紧靠着错落散布的乐高造型商铺，带给我们丰富的空间体验。除了雪世界的潮玩与激情，繁华的商业购物体验之外，这里还有滨水湖畔的浪漫氛围。滨水湖岸除了浪漫的摩天轮，还有松弛感拉满的阳光沙滩，有活动庆典广场，艺术台阶，直达西嬉里商业街和雪世界大堂。滨水区还设置了多元化的运动主题区，极限运动的激情与挑战，陆地冲浪的潮酷炸街，这里能让你尽情挥洒汗水，释放无限活力，让快乐与运动并行，一键get松弛感。

The West Joy Commercial District integrates multiple trendy entertainment venues, creating a new experiential space that combines art, recreation, sports, nature, and modernity. The main entrance on the south side of the project features a sculptural, enriching the municipal road interface for greater visibility while enhancing the sense of ceremony at the entrance. The dynamic dry fountain at the entrance plaza, paired with the flashing lights of the distant Ferris wheel, sets the vibrant tone for Ganlu Mountain Cultural and Creative City. Beyond the entrance plaza, entering the West Joy Commercial Inner Street, visitors can choose between two dynamic recreational routes. The other side features staggered Lego-inspired shops, offering a rich and engaging spatial experience. In addition to the trendy thrills of Snow World and the bustling shopping experience, the area also offers a romantic ambiance by the lakeside waterfront. Along the lakeside waterfront, in addition to the romantic Ferris wheel, there’s a relaxing sunlit beach, an event celebration plaza, and so on. The waterfront area also features a diverse sports-themed zone, offering the thrill and challenge of extreme sports and the trendy excitement of land surfing.

丰富多样的潮玩文旅空间
Diverse Trendy Play Space in the Cultural Tourism Town

精准定位目标客群，掌握大众旅游、年轻族群以及家庭亲子爱好，依据现状多样的高差地形，景观为不同客群提供了丰富多样的旅游体验、潮流文化场所以及亲子娱乐体验空间。硬质驳岸之外还有松弛感的户外营地，在这里享受阳光与休闲的氛围。

With a precise focus on target audiences—mainstream tourists, young groups, and families—the landscape design leverages the site’s diverse elevation to offer a wide range of tourism experiences. Beyond the rigid revetment, there is also a relaxing outdoor campsite, where you can enjoy the sunshine and a laid-back atmosphere.
