在时代演变和城市空间优化更新中,传统校园格局逐渐显示出弊端,这催发我们努力思考一种“非平庸化”的多空间的可能性,为身处其中的师生创造一个多样化、多层次、多维度的交流平台。宁波万科潘火实验中学位于宁波市鄞州区,是一所36班的中学。基地东边有良好的河道景观,与此同时,也有其无法忽视的弊端——周边高架噪音污染,如何减少不良影响,最大化景观价值,合理布置主要功能区,同时还能体现宁波当地文化传统,成为本次设计的重点。

In the evolution of the times and the optimization of urban space, the traditional campus pattern has gradually revealed its drawbacks. This has prompted us to think hard about the possibility of a multi-space of “non-planarization”, creating a diverse,multi-level, multi-dimensional communication platform for the teachers and students in it. Ningbo Vanke Panhuo Experimental Middle School is located in Yinzhou District, Ningbo City. It is a 36-class middle school. And there is a good river landscape on the east side. At the same time, there are also drawbacks that cannot be ignored – the surrounding elevated noise pollution.How to reduce adverse effects, maximize the value of the landscape, rationally arrange the main functional areas, and reflect the local cultural traditions of Ningbo. It’s the focus of this design.

基地现状条件的局限及社会教育环境的更新对新学校的功能及空间使用要求,让我们意识到“自然空间”是本次设计的切入点。那么如何营造丰富的自然空间,并将这种空间与教育,探索,实践相结合,兼具启发性与娱乐性,打造真正意义上的园林开放式校园呢?将运动场地设于基地东侧,保证完整的河道观景面,同时通过教学楼半围合场地,沿教学楼一侧设计运动看台,结合看台设置半地下室空间,将报告厅设置在看台之下。高低错落的看台也提供了学生课余交流嬉戏的空间场所,开阔的视野,尽享校园景观及河道景观。

The sports ground is located on the east side of the base to ensure a complete view of the river. At the same time, through the teaching building half-enclosed site, the sports stand is designed along the side of the teaching building. The semi-basement space is set in combination with the grandstand, and the lecture hall is set under the stands. The high and low stands also provide a space for students to exchange after school, open their horizons and enjoy the campus and river landscape. The limitation of the status quo of the base and the update of the social education environment on the function and space requirements of the new school make us realize that “natural space” is the entry point of this design. So how to create a rich natural space, and combine this space with education, exploration, and practice, both inspiring and entertaining, to create a truly open garden campus?

建筑立面以“灰、白、仿木色”为主,混凝土浇筑错动的立面元素简洁而富有韵律,营造隔而不断的立面效果。公共廊道采用仿木色的金属格栅,对传统花窗进行抽象和简化,即保留了传统木构的韵味又具有现代气息。潘火实验中学与传统中学的最大差别是它并不是孤立的建筑体,而是一座开放式的园林校园,师生于自然中交流。一系列的开放式空间不仅释放了学习的压力,也激发了交流的广泛性,寓教于乐又别开生面。

The facade of the building is dominated by “grey, white and wood-like color”. The concrete pouring of the staggered facade elements is simple and rhythmic, creating a continuous facade effect. The common corridor uses a wood-like metal grille to abstract and simplify the traditional flower window, which preserves the charm of the traditional wood structure and has a modern atmosphere. The biggest difference between Panhuo Experimental Middle School and traditional middle school is that it is not an isolated building, but an open garden campus where teachers and students communicate in nature. A series of open spaces not only unleashed the pressure of learning, but also stimulated the extensiveness of communication, and it was fun and entertaining.

将教学楼化整为零,通过两个南北连廊串联各功能空间,各功能空间和连廊自然形成了多个庭院空间,各庭院空间和中心庭院空间相互渗透。首层部分架空,创造形态各异的微地形,并与室外楼梯统一考虑,形成多种可能性的活动平台;建筑屋顶为绿化式界面,为实践性教学提供惬意的场所。围绕中心庭院结合景观设置了图书馆和学习角,以中心庭院为主体进行景观渗透,打造开放式灰空间串联教学楼体量,从而形成由外而内的渗透性景观格局。

The teaching building was reduced to zero. Through the two north-south corridors, the functional spaces and corridors naturally formed a plurality of courtyard spaces, and the courtyard spaces and the central courtyard spaces penetrate each other. The first floor is partially overhead, creating micro-topography of various shapes, and considering the outdoor stairs together to form a multi-possible activity platform; the building roof is a green-type interface, providing a comfortable place for practical teaching. A library and a learning corner are set up around the central courtyard, and the central courtyard is used as the main body to infiltrate the landscape, creating an open gray space series teaching building volume, thus forming a permeable landscape pattern from the outside.
