MJH Gallery was conceptualized from (re-)structuring the spatial narratives of this vacant building.

The clients wanted a place that would give them space and quiet to focus on their writing and work.

By “twisting” a square-cut wooden trunk (in this case by 45°), the diameter of the former round timber suddendly gets tangible.

All spaces open to the horizon, providing continuity between the interior and exterior.
