“食色性也”，吃对于中国人有着非常重要的意义，它囊括了我们对人、事、物的哲学观。登门“灶访”的一天大概是这样的，灶台上喜悦且忙碌的双手伴随人来人往欢声笑语，它所表达的正是中国对食文化的解读。烹饪留下的痕迹，岁月洗礼的锈，窗外，“青山连绵”浮现眼前。下着小雨，雨滴顺着屋檐滴落在老家寻来的石盆里，这是进入“灶访”前看到的模样，记得小时候，我很喜欢在灶台烧柴火，新锅慢慢变旧锅，它的变化似墨汁洒落在宣纸般，优雅却又放荡不羁。
