1.序
Preface

” 这是篇避免以形容词构成的说明 ”
“This is a statement avoiding forming by adjectives.”

首先,我们避免将一个小型综合性项目简单的切分为‘建筑’‘室内’‘景观’‘装置’,并愿意用‘空间’对其进行更整体的称呼。(‘空间’的指向在现代建筑学中具有极高重要性,因其突破古典建筑学数理至上的思考边界,并使之回归传统哲学思考基础。)不仅因为综合型项目是DOMANI目前的主要业务类型,更重要是几种专业的确从不同逻辑层面对场所存在不同尺度的梳理。而,当我们希望从一条城市干道便开始引导人们步入某一特定场域直至最大化某种特定且完整的空间体验,同时,在此基础上对既定的项目成本进行最优化配置建议,最大程度降低材料风险与协调提高施工效率。整体性设计便成为实现这种多赢局面的必要路径与方法。

First, we avoid simply dividing a small integrated project into ‘architecture’ ‘interior’ ‘landscape’ and ‘installations’, and are willing to use the term ‘space’ as a more holistic term. (The direction of “space” is of great importance in modern architecture, because it breaks through the thinking boundary of mathematical supremacy of classical architecture, and makes it return to the foundation of traditional philosophical thinking.) Not only because integrated projects are the main business types of DOMANI at present, but, more importantly, several specialties do have different scales to sort out places from different logic levels. However, when we want to start from a city trunk road to lead people into a particular field and to maximize a specific and complete spatial experience, on the basis of the optimal configuration of the given project costs, we will minimize material risk and coordinate to improve construction efficiency. The overall design becomes the necessary path and method to realize this kind of multi-win situation.

2.材料
Material

作为空间物性的主要构成在一个项目中有着重要戏份。对于受众而言,材料是不需要经过理性反思而直接呈现给视觉经验的物性;但对于设计师,却需要极敏锐的感性捕捉并通过现实理性的拆解而将其付诸实践得到成果。粗放与精细,柔软或硬朗,适用性及耐候性,价格,工艺难度,施工速度,材料稳定性,地域性,实验性,组成规律,肌理构成,无不与最终成果息息相关。我们对单一项目的习惯与喜好是: 在可控范围内对三种以内的主体材料进行物理性和材料语言更透彻和深入的研究并将其最大化应用。

As the main composition of spatial physical properties, there is an important part in a project. For the audience, the material is the material which is presented directly to the visual experience without rational reflection. But for the designer, it needs very keen perceptual capture and through the realistic rational disassembly and then it is put into practice to get the results. Extensive and fine, soft or hard, applicability and weather resistance, price, technical difficulty, construction speed, material stability, regional, experimental, composition law and texture composition, all of which are closely related to the final results. Our habits and preferences for a single project are to conduct a more thorough and in-depth study of the physical nature and material language of the three subject materials within a controllable range and to maximize their application.

于是在此项目中选用的人造灰水泥板通过多次的应用实验与实践,同时基于对所在项目配套构成(SKY会所部分),施工单位经验,甲方招采工作等多方面考虑而被选定为空间主材。该材料的起点,乃针对纯白空间的室内外材料一体化,适用性与耐候性进行的课题式研究。

Therefore, the artificial cement board selected in this project has been tested and practiced many times, and based on the matching structure of the project(SKY club part), construction unit experience, Party A recruitment work and other aspects of consideration, it was selected as the main space material. The starting point of this material is the research on the integration, as well as applicability and weathering of indoor and outdoor materials in pure white space.

3.属性
Characteristic

作为销售道具而存在的空间,在吻合时代地产具体销售模式的前提下以渲染关于品牌观念与张力为核心任务,空间差异化体验为次级诉求,接待功能完整为基本任务。使用周期3年,空间本身需具备3年后的商业应用可能性。以上所有,在两三个月的建设周期内完整呈现于千平米的场所。但我们真正感兴趣的是: ‘而在此之前,这块空白园地中,事情本身仍是被深深掩藏着的。’

As a sales props the existence of space, under the premise of being in line with the era of real estate specific sales model, take the concept of brand and tension as the core task, spatial differential experience as the secondary appeal, and reception function integrity as the basic task. With a life cycle of 3 years, the space itself needs to have the possibility of commercial application after 3 years. All above, in the construction cycle of two to three months, will be completely presented in a thousand square meters of the site. But what we are really interested in is: ‘And until then, in this blank garden, things themselves were still deeply hidden.’

4.形制与功能
Form and Function

建筑外部平衡稳定感与室内空间对称坡顶大体量造型形成空间力度的节奏性冲撞。由节奏性冲撞形成差异化体验而非形式本身带来差异化体验。同时,室内段落化坡屋顶造型引入天光对室内功能进行区间分割,在一个对敞开式销售行为有既定空间规范要求的销售场所不失为一种有趣而通透的空间分割方法与人流动线心理切分方法。

The sense of external balance stability of the building and the large volume modeling of the indoor space symmetrical slope top form the rhythm of the spatial dynamics. The difference experience is formed by rhythmic collision rather than the form itself. At the same time, the interior segment slope roof modeling introduces the sky light to segment the interior function. It is an interesting and transparent space segmentation method, as well as a psychological segmentation method of human flow line in a sales place where the open sales behavior is required by the established space standard.

但一个空间无论它的‘此在’‘何物’‘如何’,强调的都是物性本源,而作品成立必须要有‘所向’。至少在我们的标准里,‘所向’至高,它才是一个空间最底层的逻辑与根本动因。我们但凡能谈及喜恶与好坏,无不与这潜在的‘所向’存在呼应或排斥。

But no matter what kind of dasein, and what, how the space it is, it emphasizes the origin of the material property, and the creation of the work must have a ‘direction’. At least in our standards, the ‘direction’ is most important, which is the bottom of the space logic and the underlying motivation. We can talk about likes and dislikes, good and bad, all of which have echo or rejection with this latent ‘direction’.

‘所向’ 是疑问:古典建筑学中对比例与数字的无上崇拜在这个时代的材料与工艺结构语境中还可不可以以单纯赤裸毫无修辞的面貌呈现其其实从未动摇的美感?工业化照明如何通过空间的人为技术组织与自然天光形成平衡互补的关系而不被压倒性的干扰?如何在抽象与实物之间存在的混沌地带找到那种实体刚要飞散却不致化为虚空的描述尺度方法和分寸?美学表象与深层空间节奏哪样更靠近本源之美?

‘Direction’ is a question: Can the supreme worship of proportion and number in classical architecture in the context of material and technological structure of this era still present their unshakable aesthetic feeling in the face of pure nakedness and no rhetoric? How can industrial lighting be balanced and complementary through the artificial technological organization of space and natural skylight without overwhelming interference? How to find the description scale method and measure in the chaotic zone between the abstract and the real thing that the entity should just fly away without turning into a void? In aesthetic representation and deep spatial rhythm, which is closer to the original Beauty?

‘所向’ 也是:在节奏强烈的室内坡顶通过一组‘看不见的城市’悬挂装置(致敬意大利作家伊塔洛·卡尔维诺的55个城市寓言[看不见的城市]),其与天光交容,装置的线条状阴影将过渡天光部分与实体坡顶部分的视觉明度差,同时增进人与固态装置的互动体验。

‘Direction’ is also: A set of “invisible city” suspensions on a rhythmic indoor slope(A tribute to the 55 City Fables of the Italy writer Italo Calvino [The Unseen City]), which interweaves with the skylight. The line shading of the device will result in the difference of visual brightness between the skylight part and the solid slope part, and at the same time enhance the interaction experience between the human and the solid state device.

“所向”还有:在横向近七十米平缓建筑物前搭配巨型卵石来描述一条‘看不见的河流’。其创作起源来自人们儿时共性记忆指向郊野溪河。而其制作工艺足以令跨度为六米的扁平巨石安全地供路人与儿童坐卧嬉戏。户外版强调安全性,自洁能力,与耐候性。宜置于水池水景岸与广场。所向之物,意喻感官时间与空间上遥不可触及的远方和抽象,和对理性逻辑与技术的瞻仰与疑问。

“Direction” also means: A giant pebble is used to describe an ‘invisible river’ in front of a flat building nearly 70 metres across. Its creation originates from the common memory of people’s childhood pointing to the countryside stream. Its technical skill is enough to make a six-meter-long flat boulder safe for passers-by to sit and play with children. The outdoor edition emphasizes safety, self-cleaning, and weathering. It should be located in the pool waterfront and square.  The things to which it is directed are the distant and abstract inaccessible to the senses in time and space, and the contemplation and doubt of the logic and technology of reason.

今天的商业市场热衷多元体感,及左右而言它的销售模式令一切事物比过去的任何时代都显得更加丰润和富有余地,产品背后的语境与内容被或准确或不准确的异常放大,人们在瞻仰仪式的同时乐于参演遥远的角色而形成‘差异’。这只是一个开始,它无可辩驳不容质疑地迅速膨胀。我们仅试图在一个快时代里,些许回顾一些更本源和理性的空间创作方法。等等诸多,略有答案,仍需实践。

Today’s business market is passionate about diversity, and its sales model makes everything look richer and more leeway than at any time in the past, and the context and content behind the product is magnified by either accuracy or inaccuracy. People are willing to take part in distant roles while observing rituals and form ‘differences’. This is only the beginning, and it expands indisputably and rapidly. We only try to review some of the more original and rational methods of space creation in a fast age. There are still many questions with a few answers, so we still need to practice.
