显而易见,打破是重启的按钮。世界,不过是体块的排列组合,于建筑结构中缩影。建改前的基础框架是载体,体块便是精髓,改变立面的构成感,形成平面的层次感,于空间设计中微塑,形状与结构铺陈是显性基因,格调统一是隐性技能,不存在厚重的夸张,只呈现轻盈简洁的叙述。

Obviously, breakthrough is the button of restart. The world is just the combination of blocks. It miniatures in architectural structure. The basic frame before construction is its carrier. The block is its essence. Changing the sense of composition of the facade to form the layering of flat mini-mould in space design. The shape and structure of the research design is dominant gene and the united style is recessive skill. There is no heavy exaggeration but show the light and succinct narrative.

体块是几何体中最具象的表达,通过稳定而有力的形态情绪,时简时繁。不同的组合效果,进行碰撞后,玩转出肆意生长的New Ornament, New Facade

Block is the most representational expression in geometry, through the stable and strong emotion of the form, sometimes it is simple and sometimes it is complex. After the collision among different combinations, it can produce the wanton growth New Ornament, New Facade.

克制有序的艺术张力,见证活力与质感
Restrained and ordered artistic tension witness vitality and texture.

设计从外立面的构成上做文章,拆除飘窗,打破原本单调且模式化的窗户形状,结合内部功能,通过改变开窗大小,保证内部采光与通风。

The design is based on the composition of the facade, it removes the bay window and breaks the monotonous and stereotyped shape of window, combining with internal function, through changing the size of window opening to ensure the internal lighting and ventilation.

四到五种建筑方块体以无序的排列组合,及平面和斜面的凹凸立体呈现,在混乱中寻找次序感。模块化的设计为后期的生产制作产生了便利性,同时也节省了成本。重复变化的形式与组合,让立面在统一基调的基础上又增添了有序的变化。原建筑主体的蓝灰色基调,传递着一种灰暗的心情,及陈旧的过去。我们希望以白色来改变整体建筑情绪的表达,同时快速提升了建筑主体与周边建筑物的辨识度。

Arranging four or five building blocks in a disordered arrangement, showing them on concave and convex solids in planes and bevels, which can seek the sense of order in the mess. The design of modularization provides convenience for later production and also save money at the same time. Repeating the forms and combinations of changes can let the facade in a unified tone on the basis of the addition of orderly changes. The blue-gray tone of original building was expressed a dark mood and old time. We hope to use white color to change the mood expression of the whole building, and rapidly improve identification of the main body of the building and the surrounding buildings at the same time.

UP升级,易于辨识,个性且保持独立。
Upgrade, make it easier to identify and has independent personality.

在景观设计上,同样利用体块进行多维度的结合与设计。简约基调下,内蕴多重奏张力。功能切换,空间流转,内与外的对话,线型元素的跟随与串联,同样的设计语言,不一样的呈现。

In landscape design, we take advantage of the blocks to conduct multi-dimensional combination and design, which can make it have multi-repeat tension under the contracted tone. Function switching, space flowing, the internal and external conversation, the following and connection of linear elements, the same design language but different presentation.

建筑的前院和后院,通过体块的切割,形成体量较大的取景窗,透景、借景,内与外互动交流,空间互为艺术整体。

The front and back yards of the building, through the cutting of the block to form bigger viewfinder, which can through the view, borrowing the view to have inside and outside interaction and communication, finally the space become a whole artistic.

景致缩于方寸,视野无限可能。
The landscape shrinks in inches, the view has infinite possibilities.

打破原先室内结构比较简单、没有太多区格的缺点,对空间进行简单分区,同样利用了体块区格的手法,保持了室内外的统一。

We break the original interior structure, which is relatively simple without too much of the shortcomings of the area, partitioning the space in a simple way, as well as using the block area technique to maintain the unity of indoor and outdoor.

空间布局上,以点、线、面表达强烈的装饰感,金属感与原木风于白色空间中荦荦卓立,勾勒出随性灵动的现代格调。

In terms of spatial layout, points, lines and surfaces express a strong sense of decoration. The standing of metal and log wind in the white space sketches the modern style with the spirit and movement of the people.

室内入口大厅改变原有单层低层高单一化的内部格局,通过结构重组,对二层空间进行释放,重组了一个挑空的中庭空间。对内部其他区域,则利用框架和柱体对室内空间进行简单区隔,隔区不隔视野,集聚与分散于一处空间表达。新的设计诠释带给空间新的文化艺术属性。

The interior entrance hall changes the original internal pattern of single storey and low storey. Through structural restructuring, the space on the second floor is released and an empty atrium space is reorganized. For other interior areas, frame and column are used to simply divide the interior space, which is not separated from the vision, gathering and dispersing in one space for expression. The new design interpretation brings new cultural and artistic attributes to the space.

第一层次诠释的是静止,第二层次诠释的是流动。
The first level interprets immobility, and the second level interprets flow.

通与透,是我们给予空间的留白,凸显了设计的艺术性,放大了空间的互动性,内与外的流动一镜到底。时空转化,设计的巧思成为转化过程的关键。统一的设计元素,变化的表达形式,每一处呈现不同的惊喜。

The transparency is the blank space we give, highlighting the art of the design, amplifying the interaction of the space, and the flow of the inside and outside is a mirror to the end. The transformation of time and space, the design of clever thinking has become the key to the transformation process. Unified design elements, varied expression forms, each place presents different surprises.

打破二维界限,引入三维思考,用质朴的体块元素自由组合,不华奢,不矫情,用设计手法的断舍离,去繁就简,质感自然。体块速写,无处不在。设计张力,有形无界。
