谷德项目对接平台（查看更多项目，申请成为会员，寻找设计师）已经运营了三年多的时间，平台上发布过的项目总额超5亿4050万，项目对接成功率为19%。项目周期不一，建筑时间最长，室内和景观次之。目前陆续有一些会员接到的项目建成完工或者设计阶段完毕，我们由衷地为这些合作成功的会员和业主高兴。

在平台上，我们发现了一些富有才华的年轻公司一年内不止接到一个项目；看到有经验丰富的公司甚至进军海外成交了国外的度假酒店项目；目睹在传统渠道上只能接室内项目的建筑师成交了多个建筑项目；了解到优秀的设计公司对业主议价能力很强，可以大幅提升业主原有预算等等多种情况。我们将展示会员在平台上接到的项目，附以谷德对建筑师的简短采访，了解他们对接项目的经过和感受。

本次介绍的项目是 Atelier LiveMore （更多关于他们：Atelier LiveMore on gooood）在平台上接到的位于北京的便利店项目，最后实际设计费是60万。点击这里看当时发布的项目信息。

gooood Get-Project platform ( more project information/membership register/look for designer) has been in operation for almost one and a half years, having published projects with nearly 500 million budget in total and the success ratio of 19% in the project alignment. Different fields require different project periods, as the architectural design requires for the longest time, while the periods of the interior design and the landscape design follow in the subsequence. Currently, it is a good pleasure and honor to see that some of our members have completed the construction or the design of the projects they received. On the platform, we have discovered that some talented young companies have obtained more than one project commissions within one year, some experienced companies have marched into the oversea market with commissions of overseas exclusive hotel projects, some architects who could only obtain interior projects in the conventional way have dealt with several architecture projects, and that some outstanding design companies can have a great impact on their clients that they could convince their clients to raise the original budget by a wide margin, etc. Now, we are going to display the projects our members have received on our platform accompanied with brief interviews, listening to their processes and the feelings toward the project alignment on our platform. We hope for a better platform, as well as your supports.

This time we will introduce the Convenience Stores design completed by L&M DESIGN LAB (more: L&M DESIGN LAB on gooood). The final design fee was ¥600,000. Click HERE to see the project info on get-project platform.

设计师会员回访

谷德采访了项目设计事务所 立木设计研究室，请设计师郭岚回答了在对接过程中的一些经历以及使用项目推介平台的体验：

1. 您在项目对接平台一年一共和多少个甲方有相当程度的接触沟通，最终接到了几个项目？

深度接触沟通的是两个项目，最终都接到了。

2. 接到的项目是什么类型，设计费是多少？项目进展到了什么程度？该项目完成后除了设计费还给你带来了哪些你认为有价值的事情？

接到的项目是北京便利店（广渠门店和日坛店）两个店铺设计。两个店铺均已完工。立木非常乐于尝试所有有挑战的项目，非常感谢业主在我们没有相似案例的情况下选择我们。

3. 从网络平台对接项目，在和甲方沟通的过程中是否遇到了一些不一样的问题？是如何克服的？

没有什么问题。如果非要说的话，可能是在项目发布初期，甲方未完全确定任务需求。但也不是问题，因为大部分项目是需要通过碰撞来完善策划，我们非常乐意参与这个过程。

4. 您认为能够从网络平台接到项目，您自身的优势有哪些？

商务与设计的流程专业，能够在线上联系时给予甲方必要的支持与反馈。专业让我们更有信任度。

5. 您认为谷德项目对接平台的优势在哪里？从哪些方面为您带来了显著的帮助？

谷德项目对接平台的优势在于公平且简单，使业主和设计师之间能够以更低的匹配成本来彼此选择。今年才开始尝试谷德项目对接平台，而平台依然给予了均等的机会。非常感谢谷德项目对接平台，以及所有为建立这个平台而努力的谷德同事们，使我们能够以非相似案例证明自己，并且实现我们拓展面向大众设计项目的目标。

6. 您认为平台还可以在哪些方面有所改善？

从我们的角度，谷德项目对接平台已经非常不错，但还是祝愿谷德项目对接平台能够越来越好，为优秀的项目与设计师建立桥梁。

业主回访

1.请问在决定设计公司之前您与多少家公司进行过比较深入的沟通？

何女士：我们在项目发布后，陆续收到了很多家设计公司的推荐，有些公司作品集很完善，有的相对来说简单。大约5个工作日，我们进入深入沟通阶段有选定10家，在一轮沟通后，选定了立木作为这次的设计团队。

2.请问选中的设计公司的哪些优点或者特点是您中意的？

何女士：对于我和我的团队来说，这次便利店是个新模式的商业项目，所以希望能找到更有创新力，同时能更完整的落地的团队。在首次沟通的时候，立木表达了他们的公司的设计方式——LOGIC IS MAGIC（从逻辑出发，用有想象力的方式让作品落地），这点非常符合我们对这个项目选择团队的标准，希望不要过于理想主义，更切合实际。另外，我们还希望能更年轻更有热情参与到项目中去，他们团队的面貌和项目也非常匹配。

3.您觉得谷德项目对接平台的优缺点有哪些？

何女士：这是我们团队第一次选择通过谷德进行设计团队选择。在此期间，也在谷德网站上看了很多公司的同类案例，同时周边的很多朋友也向我推荐了一系列的设计师，然而谷德这个平台会让选择更客观，完全能够通过作品了解团队，这大约是创业企业更需要的平台。

八禾臻广渠门店 – 社区里的“家”
Home in the community – Convenience Store Design

北京似乎是一个充满孤独感的城市，偏大的道路与街区尺度反衬着个体的渺小，更何况这里还是媒体眼中的便利店荒漠。于是，在北京设计一家24小时服务社区的便利店，似乎是一件郑重其事的挑战：它应当朴实、日常、便捷，融入人们的生活节奏。

Beijing seems to be a city full of loneliness, and the wide scale of roads and blocks reflects the smallness of individuals, not to mention the “desert of convenience stores” in media circles. Therefore, it seems to be a serious challenge to design a 24-hour convenience store in Beijing: it should be simple, daily and convenient, and should integrate into people’s life tempo.

在一线城市，舒服地喝一杯饮料、吃一顿简餐的成本很高，便利店是昂贵的咖啡店、甜品店和轻食店等的平价替代。绝大部分便利店的营业额都主要来自于鲜食，于是我们削减了不必要的低频零售单品，从而在不影响货品单价的基础上，释放出更多空间给社区居民休憩和活动。

In first-tier cities, the cost of a fancy drink and a simple meal is very high, and convenience stores are cheap alternatives to expensive coffee shops, dessert shops and light food shops. The turnover of most convenience stores mainly comes from fresh food, so we cut down unnecessary retail items with least sales, thus releasing more space for community residents without affecting the unit price of goods.

双面铺联系社区与城市，洄游动线设计简洁明快，环绕中岛是鲜食，中岛两侧是冷链、零食、自助收银和休憩区。赶地铁的年轻人在这里买一杯咖啡，放学回家的孩子们在这里玩耍，不想做饭的夫妇在这里吃一顿便饭，便利店没有丝毫网红打卡的属性，而是回归朴实自然的日常生活。

The double-sided shop connects the community with the city, and the traffic flow design is concise and lively. The center is surrounded by fresh food, and along the two sides are freezers, snacks, self-service cashiers and rest areas. Young people who catch the subway could buy a cup of coffee here; children who come home from school could play here; couples who don’t want to cook could have a light meal here—the convenience store is not like Instagram-worthy stores at all, but a store emphasizing simple and natural daily life.

设计使用糯白色作为基调色，这种提取自刚刚研磨好的新米的颜色，在干净与温暖之间取得了恰到好处的平衡。通过材料与视觉，设计将品牌意象与以稻谷为主食的中国胃绑定，而这也是“家”的意象。

The design uses waxy white as the key color, which is extracted from freshly-grounded new rice, and achieves the right balance between cleanliness and warmth. Through materials and visual effects, the design binds the brand image to the “Chinese stomach” with rice as its staple food, which is also the image of “home”.

虽然是平价的社区便利店，设计依然精心控制每一处细节，给每一个来这里的消费者体贴与尊重。门把手上一丝不苟地缠绕着皮线，将金属材料的寒冷隔绝在外；大片的水泥面提供优雅的视觉，但所有与人接触的台面和椅面都是温暖的材料；整洁而隐蔽的垃圾箱嵌入墙体，避免给顾客带来不愉悦的感受。

Although it is an inexpensive community convenience store, the design still pays close attention to every detail, giving consideration and respect to every consumer. The doorknob is carefully wrapped with leather thread to isolate the coldness of metal materials. The large cement surface provides elegant vision, but all the countertops and chairs in contact with people are made of soft and warm materials. Clean and concealed garbage bins are embedded into the wall to avoid bringing unpleasant feelings for customers.

一个可爱的谷粒逃出饭盒，给来来往往的人们大大的拥抱，在这个寸土寸金的城市，给需要的人们一个珍贵的暂时属于自己的2平米。谷粒的怀抱是一个迷你包间，它能够容纳清晨的咖啡、午后的冰淇淋、深夜的酒，容纳欢笑与哭泣、等待与辛勤、寻找和失去。

A lovely grain escapes from the lunch box, gives people a big hug when they come and go. In this land-intensive city, people are given a precious 2 square meters of their own temporarily. Grain Room is a mini private room, which serves coffee in the morning, ice cream in the afternoon, wine in the midnight, and holds people’s laughter and tears, waiting and hard work, seeking and losing.

相较于游客熙攘的天坛，书市繁盛的地坛，日坛在“北京五坛”中存在感颇低。附近可能是北京最光怪陆离的场所，近处使馆环布，稍远高楼林立，而日坛是其中最接地气的，俨然是朝阳区群众休闲健身的绝佳场所。

Compared with Tiantan (the Temple of Heaven), which is bustling with tourists, and Ditan (the Altar of Earth), which is full of book stalls, Ritan (the Altar of Sun) has a low sense of existence among the “Five Altars in Beijing”. The neighborhood zone may be the most bizarre place in Beijing—it is surrounded by embassies nearby, and there are high-rise buildings not far away. Ritan is the most down-to-earth place among all the five altars, and it seems like an excellent place for people in Chaoyang District to relax and keep fit.

日坛曾经是高高在上的祭祀场所，而如今回到人间，是日常朴实的市民公园。基地紧邻日坛公园，在寸土寸金的城市中心，这片独门独院的场地作为便利店使用，显得有些过于奢侈。因此，除了货品齐全，价廉物美的便利店之外，我们还希望可以为附近的居民提供朴实舒适的休闲空间，使这个小小的店铺能够传递更多的社会价值。

Ritan used to be a noble place of worship, but now it has returned to the earth and become a daily and simple public park. The site is close to Ritan Park, in the center of the city where every inch of land is precious. It seems a bit extravagant to use this single place as a convenience store. Therefore, in addition to being a convenience store with complete goods, cheap prices and good quality, we also hope to provide a simple and comfortable leisure space for nearby residents, so that this small shop can deliver more social value.

我与日坛 | I and Ritan

《我与地坛》是中学课本里的文字，地坛见证了史铁生对痛苦遭遇的斗争和对生命意义的叩问，而泥土飞溅、扑打面颊，大地是最开始也是最终的答案。

I and Ditan is an essay in the middle school textbook. Ditan witnessed the writer Shi Tiesheng’s struggle against suffering and his searching about the meaning of life, and the earth was the initial and final answer when the dirt splashed and beat his cheek.

我们如何与日坛对话？我们在很多浓烈的炽热的诗句中感受到太阳: 活在这珍贵的人间，太阳强烈，水波温柔…你来人间一趟，要来看看太阳，和你的心上人，一起走在街上…

太阳，是一个多么美好的词汇，她永远光明、温暖、热烈、青春，普照世间万物，她凝结着人们所有对生活的热爱、对理想的赤忱、对爱情的渴望、对自由的追寻。但往往，迷失在都市中的人们，注意不到每天都照常升起的太阳。

How do we talk to Ritan? We feel the sun in many strong and hot poems: Living in this precious world, the sun is strong and the water waves are gentle… Coming down to Earth, you ought to see the Sun, to walk on the street, together with your sweetheart…

The sun is a beautiful word. It is always bright, warm, and youthful, and shines on everything in the world. It embodies all people’s love for life, passion for ideals, longing for love and pursuit of freedom. But often, people who are lost in cities don’t notice the sun rising as usual every day.

这是一个日常的诗意场所，提醒人们看看太阳。“我与日坛” 里的“我”可以是任何人，对于绝大多数人的消费者，这是一处干净舒适的便利店已然足够，而人群中总有处于逆境、孤独或者彷徨中的人，或许这些日常的诗意可以温暖到他。

This is a daily poetic place to remind people to look at the sun. The word “I” in “I and Ritan” can be anyone. For the majority of consumers, this is a clean and comfortable convenience store. Yet there are always people in adversity, loneliness or hesitation in the crowd— perhaps these daily poetic scenes can warm them up.

光的凝聚 | Condensation of light

与光的互动开始于“光的凝聚”，光筒是了整个空间的中心，象征永不落幕的太阳。环绕光筒为一圈座椅，提供围炉闲话的空间氛围，孩子追逐玩耍，挚友静坐闲谈，年轻的情侣留下爱情的誓言。

The interaction with light begins with “the condensation of light”, and the light tube is the center of the whole space, symbolizing the never-setting sun. A circle of seats around the light tube provides an atmosphere of chatting beside a fireplace. Children chase and play; friends sit and talk; and young couples leave vows of love.

光的编织 | Weaving of Light

中间是“光的编织”，错动的镂空砖忠实地记录着一天内阳光的变化，将阳光编织成流动的丝带，静静流淌。

In the middle, it is the “weaving of light”. The interlaced hollow bricks faithfully record the changes of sunlight in a day, weaving the sunlight into quietly flowing ribbons.

光的分解 | Decomposition of Light

尽端面向日坛，是“光的分解”，在整个午后，三棱镜将北京炙热的阳光分解为彩虹，投射在墙面上。彩虹现在是小众群体的象征，但我们更想致敬彩虹旗最开始的设计寓意，不同年龄、不同群体、不同文化之间的平等、包容与共存，参差百态，皆是人间。

At the rear of the store, it is the “decomposition of light”. In the whole afternoon, the prism decomposes the hot sunshine in Beijing into rainbows and projects them on the wall. Rainbow is now a symbol of minority groups, but we would like to pay tribute to the initial design meaning of rainbow flag: equality, tolerance and coexistence among different ages, different groups and different cultures.

谷粒的拥抱 | The Hug of A Grain

谷粒是我们为便利店设计的装置，日坛店的户外也有一枚肉呼呼的谷粒。每一颗谷粒都沐浴过阳光，穿越日日夜夜的光明与黑暗，将泥土和春雨，变成为温柔的拥抱。

Grain Room is an installation designed for the convenience store, and there is also a plump grain outside the store. Every grain has been bathed in sunshine, passing through the light and darkness of day and night, and finally turns soil and spring rain into gentle hugs.
