创意人，是靠作品在水泥里发出光的。有着水泥一样的做事方式，用笨功夫做扎实；光一样的通透力，穿透繁杂的时代环境，变幻出新方法。胜加北京——是由上海胜加广告公司联合业内资深创意人共同创立的全案服务新厂牌。Soong松涛建筑事务所应邀进行办公室空间设计。

Creative individuals，are dependent on work to shine in cement .They have the same way of doing things like cement, using clumsy methods to do solid. Through the complex environment of The Times, they have transparent force like light, changing new methods irregularly.ShengjiaBeijing is a new brand of full-case service established jointly by ShanghaiShengjia advertising Company and senior creative people in the industry. Soong Songtao architectural firm was invited to design the space.

项目选址在北京朝阳区CBD核心位置一幢5A级写字楼内，周边环境充满着活力、变化、时代感及浓厚的都市商业氛围。创意型的广告公司，日常工作状态是比较自由的。构建场所内部空间时，在满足使用功能区域划分的基础上，我们更强调人的体验以及游走于其间的趣味性。城市就像一座听不到回音喧闹的山谷，而谷中这一处不显于外却灿烂于内的庭院，却是通往内心的秘境，其间充满着无数的未知和惊喜……将我们与城市暂时隔开。

The project is located in a 5A-class office building in the core of CBD in Chaoyang District, Beijing. The surrounding environment is full of vitality, change, sense of the times and strong urban commercial atmosphere. Creative advertising firms, the daily work is relatively free. When building the internal space of the place, besides the basis of satisfying the functional area division, we emphasize more on the experience of people and the fun of walking.The city is like a noisy valley that can’t hear the echo. But there is a part of the courtyard that is not visible outside but brilliant inside in the valley. It is the secret to the heart, which is full of countless unknown and surprise… A temporary separation between us and the city.

这处“水泥做的庭院”是处具有丰富感知体验的自然开放空间，容纳了创意人灵感之光。

This “courtyard made of cement” is a natural open space with rich sensory experience, which contains the creative individuals’ light of inspiration.

毗邻“内庭院”的休息区，我们借鉴了中国传统园林中的建筑 · 轩。“一个草棚，如荫如盖，一垄小坡，几株老树”；如此画意使其他功能性的办公室/会议室、桌椅、绿植、柜架，仿佛有了亭、台、树、石的气息，整个空间大不相同。几处开窗则加强了空间的交互，于此间休憩、静思、观景、会友，宁静自在。

Adjacent to the rest area of “inner courtyard”, we learn from the architecture Xuan from the Chinese traditional gardens. “A straw shed as a shadow as cover, a ridge of hills, a few old trees”; Such painting makes other functional offices/meeting rooms, desks and chairs, green plants, ark frames, as if had pavilions, stages, trees, stones’ breath, the whole space is very different. Several Windows strengthen the interaction of the space, here can have a rest, meditation, view, meet friends, quiet and comfortable.

休息区背后有一条秘路小径，提升了空间内的通达度及功能性。这条小径本没有人工照明，而位于小径上方的高窗却将休息区的熹微光线引了进来，这里便产生了一丝静谧感。交付使用后，胜加的创意人利用这条小径作为微艺廊，定期展示平日的绘画作品，甚至有些设计师将此处作为自己的“冥想空间、灵感发源地“，对我们而言，这是个惊喜的意外收获。

There is a secret path behind the rest area, which enhances the accessibility and functionality of the space. There is no artificial lighting in this path. But a tall window above the path brings dim light of the rest area in, creating a sense of calm. After it was put into use, the creative people of Shengjia used this path as a tiny art gallery, regularly displaying daily paintings. Some designers even used this path as their “meditation space and the birthplace of inspiration”, which was a pleasant surprise to us.

基本同一色相的微水泥、水磨石、自流平、阳光板等材料形成了朴素统一的灰色调，与外部的城市景观形成了鲜明的对比。软装设计中选用的活动家具、挂画、器物、绿植，等产品有着不同的文化特征、形态结构、色彩质感，在体现出彼此差异性的同时却又不相矛盾，与整体空间融合自然而平衡，提升了场所的直觉性气质。其中来自北欧 1920 – 1970 年代的 vintage中古家居产品，设计与实用并存，至今仍然保持着非常好的流行度与旺盛的生命力。

Basically，the same color of micro cement, terrazzo, self-leveling, sunlight plate and other materials form a simple uniform gray tone, and a sharp contrast of the external urban landscape.Soft decoration design chooses products with different cultural characteristics, shape structure and color texture like movable furniture, hanging paintings, implements, green plants and other products. They reflect differences between each other but do not contradict each other at the same time. They blend with the whole space in a natural and balanced way, improving the intuitive temperament of the place. Among them, vintage’s ancient furniture from the 1920s to 1970s in Northern Europe coexist with practical design and still maintain a wonderful popularity and exuberant vitality.

在这处能容纳时代元素的”庭院“里，AtelierTing亭提供的软装产品体现着我们在设计中关注的要点，这些产品有着岁月的烟火气，而表面的使用痕迹正是时光自然产生的趣味以及生活延续的象征。

In this “courtyard” that contains the elements of The Times, AtelierTing亭 provides soft products that reflect the key points of our design. These products have the pyrotechnic gas of age, and the traces of use on the surface are the natural produced by the time and the symbol of the continuation of life.

在北纬40度，我们携手建了一座大的加号的庭院，为身在北方的创意伙伴，从坚硬的水泥里发光。

At latitude 40 degrees north, we joined hands to build a large plus courtyard for our creative partners in the North, shining from the hard cement.
