谷德项目对接平台（查看更多项目，申请成为会员，寻找设计师）已经运营了近两年的时间，平台上发布过的项目总额超5亿，项目对接成功率为19%。项目周期不一，建筑时间最长，室内和景观次之。目前陆续有一些会员接到的项目建成完工或者设计阶段完毕，我们由衷地为这些合作成功的会员和业主高兴。

在平台上，我们发现了一些富有才华的年轻公司一年内不止接到一个项目；看到有经验丰富的公司甚至进军海外成交了国外的度假酒店项目；目睹在传统渠道上只能接室内项目的建筑师成交了多个建筑项目；了解到优秀的设计公司对业主议价能力很强，可以大幅提升业主原有预算等等多种情况。我们将展示会员在平台上接到的项目，附以谷德对建筑师的简短采访，了解他们对接项目的经过和感受。

gooood Get-Project platform ( more project information/membership register/look for designer) has been in operation for nearly two years, having published projects with nearly 500 million budget in total and the success ratio of 19% in the project alignment. Different fields require different project periods, as the architectural design requires for the longest time, while the periods of the interior design and the landscape design follow in the subsequence. Currently, it is a good pleasure and honor to see that some of our members have completed the construction or the design of the projects they received. On the platform, we have discovered that some talented young companies have obtained more than one project commissions within one year, some experienced companies have marched into the oversea market with commissions of overseas exclusive hotel projects, some architects who could only obtain interior projects in the conventional way have dealt with several architecture projects, and that some outstanding design companies can have a great impact on their clients that they could convince their clients to raise the original budget by a wide margin, etc. Now, we are going to display the projects our members have received on our platform accompanied with brief interviews, listening to their processes and the feelings toward the project alignment on our platform. We hope for a better platform, as well as your supports.

This time we will introduce the 50 square meter residential space design completed by XuTai Design and Research Studio (more: Xutai Design on gooood). The final design fee was ¥90,000. Click HERE to see the project info on get-project platform.

设计师会员回访

谷德采访了项目设计事务所序态设计研究室，请杨添堡设计师回答了在对接过程中的一些经历以及使用项目推介平台的体验

1. 您在项目对接平台一年一共和多少个甲方有相当程度的接触沟通，最终接到了几个项目？

这一年因为灾情影响，基本都是线下客户，平台对接了2个左右。云南大理一个餐厅因为刚好灾情严重的3月底，我还在家隔离，那边要求驻场设计，做完方案只好推掉了。另外一个就是居住空间。

2. 接到的项目是什么类型，设计费是多少？项目进展到了什么程度？该项目完成后除了设计费还给你带来了哪些你认为有价值的事情。

接到的项目是50平方居住空间设计，设计费9万。项目已经完工，起手时候觉得居住小空间很有趣，但是过程就很像电视居住改建项目，拆除过程时候发现原始建筑卫生间有渗水过程，客户需要一个浴缸，我们扩大了卫生间面积，报审物业被邻居和楼下住户集体投诉。要求修改方案不能扩大卫生间。最后差点因为被干扰要打官司上法院。客户居住空间本来打算长期居住，后来也改为只暂住2年左右，因此空间也做了很多变更设计，在综合各种现状问题下，对接的困难反而不是客户本身，而是同客户一起不断跟邻居物业解释沟通。有点心态疲惫的时候，但是小伙伴们相互打气，面对许多内外因素的时候，我们拼尽全力还是坚持了许多，也妥协了一些。这个过程经历了非常丰富的情况是我们没有遇见到，学习到很多经验。

3. 从网络平台对接项目，在和甲方沟通的过程中是否遇到了一些不一样的问题？是如何克服的？

综合下来平台的客户更加开放化和年轻化，这点本身也很契合我们自身，所以遇到有趣的项目也是不断研究和尝试更多的可能性。

4. 您认为能够从网络平台接到项目，您自身的优势有哪些？

不同的空间涉猎不断要求学习和刺激我们本身进步，所以不断的前行是保持活力很重要的一点。更加开放的拥抱当下的问题/声音，同时保持我们自身的批判反思。

5. 您认为谷德项目对接平台的优势在哪里？从哪些方面为您带来了显著的帮助？

谷德的平台现在的客户也是经过很多筛选的，所以在对接的精力上还是会缩减很多。希望有些大型项目客户，如果要比稿竞标的，最好有要求有个标底费，这样相互之间设计工作室都有个保障不是骗稿。

6. 您认为平台还可以在哪些方面有所改善？

针对这次灾情，工作生活都确实有了很多尝试的变化，可以多尝试做一些不同行业城市的交流对话，在视频平台多一些线上交流的分享。

1. 请问在决定设计公司之前您与多少家公司进行过比较深入的沟通？

平台上面沟通了10几家，朋友介绍了一家。

2. 请问选中的设计公司的哪些优点或者特点是您中意的？

主要是妻子在读MBA,所以搬家附近居住方便。因为就我们夫妻两人短期居住，面积70平，实际居住面积54㎡左右。正是小空间本身要求一定有趣。最后选择了序态设计研究室和另外两家工作室，我们做了一个竞标方案对比，没有选择上的都会给标底费，尊重劳动成果。最后打动的是添堡他们团队做了11个空间研究方向，让我们完全叹为观止，也深深被真诚打动。

不过最后有点亏欠添堡他们，施工发生了很多邻居荒谬的干扰，邻居和物业对我们设计本身做了很多干扰，本身更多是建筑本身的建造渗水问题。

很庆幸遇到添堡他们的团队，希望他们保持好赤子之心。多建造出更多打动人的项目。

Project Description

项目位于上海一繁华街道，典型的一室一厅一厨一卫格局，住宅是一对年轻夫妻，妻子研究生在读，于家中需要独立的阅读区域，丈夫在家工作也成为常态。因此单调的空间布局并不能满足二人的生活，夫妻二人希望空间备高质量的工作与生活环境兼并氛围，打破单调的空间属性。

The project is located in a prosperous street in Shanghai, with a typical layout of one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. It is owned by a young couple. The wife, studying for a postgraduate degree, needs a separate reading area at home; working from home is also a norm for the husband. In light of this, the monotonous spatial layout is far from satisfying: the couple want their living space to provide high-quality working and living environment. The monotony must be changed.

常规的功能之外最好有独立的更衣室，满足储藏的物件。卫生间要在有淋浴间的前提下，需要一个浴缸，希望在家办公拥有趣味的体验环境。原始空间规划中，玄关-餐厅-客厅-阳台一眼直达，路径单一，如何兼并这些需求。针对以上要求，我们尝试了几种空间体块研究后，决定满足功能和趣味的情况下。把卧室和卫生间做为户型中心体块，用路径搭接南北两边的功能区，同时区分卫生间和主卧室。然后整体抬高一踏，满足卫生间防水，形成空间的内聚中心的氛围。

In addition to conventional functions, a separate dressing room is preferred to meet storage requirements. The bathroom needs a shower room as well as a bathtub, so as to provide a more enjoyable experience working from home. In the original space planning, the porch, dining room, living room and balcony is connected through one another, which is quite a dull arrangement. In order to merge the functions of the space, we tried several spatial and massing plans and decided to use the bedroom and bathroom as the central mass of the apartment, and the functional areas on the north and south sides are connected by paths. The bathroom and the master bedroom are also separated. The ground is raised by one step to achieve waterproofing of the bathroom and form an atmosphere of cohesive center of the space.

为了消隐北面厨房和玄关的狭小空间，玄关鞋衣柜表面用全身镜扩展空间，厨房通道之间用玻璃移门移延伸视线保证油烟隔绝。

In order to hide the narrow space of the north kitchen and entrance, the entrance shoe closet surface is covered with a full-length mirror to expand the space, and glass sliding doors are used to expand the view between the kitchen passages as well as to ensure oily smoke isolation.

把原有的卧室改为客厅，原有的客厅改为餐厅+工作区。卧室南面为了采光的2次过滤，整体做了水纹玻璃移门。因此在长时间停留的区域，人看向不同的视角，空间的视线延续性叠层性会非常丰富。我们模糊了常规的功能具体分区，在有限空间中模糊边界，反而为增加空间的延展性。

The original bedroom is turned into a living room, and the original living room into a dining room and a work area. In the south of the bedroom, in order to filter the light for the second time, an Aquatex glass sliding door is adopted. Therefore, in areas where people would stay for a long time, they can look from different perspectives, and enjoy continued and rich views. The conventional functional specific partitions are connected, and boundaries are blurred in the limited space, only to increase the expansion of the space.

卫生间采用通电玻璃，不使用的情况下把采光引入，保证通道的宽敞。

Smart Glass is used for the bathroom. When it is off, natural light is an alternative to make the passage feel spacious.

引入自然的采光室外的四季变化，无论是在客厅/餐厅还是卧室都可以观察体会到这种氛围。在相对极小的居住空间里面，营造空间氛围的丰富生命性，感受时间的流动感。

Natural daylight is introduced into the rooms and the seasonal changes outside can be observed and experienced whether in the living room, dining room or the bedroom. In a relatively small living space, the vitality of the space can be created to let people feel the flow of time.
