EME 157 is an architecture studio founded in 2002 by architects Silvia Méndez-Vigo Chillida and Gerardo Macarrón Jaqueti.
The studio's architecture is characterized by the interplay of solids and voids, the search for natural light and sustainability based on an understanding of the location and the client's needs.
The studio works on new architectural projects, renovations, exteriors, landscaping and furniture design. Through constant contact with the client, each project seeks to provide a fully personalized response adapted to the location and the user.
For the construction of the projects we work as a team with Edificación Arquimac, a small family construction company with more than 20 years of experience, which allows us to develop and control the smallest detail and thus be able to carry out more professional and artisanal work.
