Multi-functional office space is exactly what Xiaoman needs.
接下来，通过对功能的分析进行动静分区：在靠近入口的地方，将销售工作区和咖啡区，书吧，路演大台阶、健身区放在一起，打造一个“能够愉快的玩耍”的功能复合型办公空间，将需要私密研发的工作区和老板区放在远离喧嚣的地方，让他们可以低调而有内涵的安静工作。
Then, ONEXN organize functions into two parts: static and dynamic. In the place near the entrance, sales work area together with coffee bar, reading area, presentation steps, body-fitting zone make up a multi-functional office space in which you can have fun. Research work area and boss office are located far away from the lively area, so that they work quietly with elegance.
根据动区和静区的分布，再把平面功能来个旋转戏法，于是，就形成了有视觉引导的空间！
After function organization, we try to rotate the plan slightly, then we have space with excellent visual guide.
原来一个在规规矩矩的高层写字楼里的办公室，可以营造出微型的广场和社区!
ONEXN created micro plaza and community in a traditional high-rise tower.

为诠释小满科技的互联网公司身份，体现“小满”的品牌文化，设计师们为新办公室打造了一个展示装置。悬挂的名牌上面写着小满公司服务过的客户，代表着小满用安全可靠的云空间为用户们提供的强大技术支持。金黄的麦穗代表着小满的企业精神，象征着丰收的希望。
In order to interpret brand culture and the internet company identity of Xiaoman, ONEXN create an art device for the office. In every board of the device writes clients Xiaoman served, represents that the powerful cloud space which Xiaoman produce can support client with security. The golden wheat represents the enterprise spirit of Xiaoman, symbolize the hope of harvest.
小满大boss还说：“我们5个合伙人必须要能看-到-对-方-的-脸，愉-快-的-聊-天，还要有隐私，你懂的。”这不是为难设计师们吗？然而这点困难时难不倒设计师们的。于是他们专门设计了定制的办公桌，既能保证大boss们的私密性，又能毫无阻碍的实现面对面互动。
In consideration of boss-office experience, ONEXN have designed a customized office table for then, provide privacy and interact at the same time.
考虑到正式会议和茶歇洽谈两种交流模式的不同，在所有的办公区域中植入了大大小小不同规模的会议室。其中还有一个会议室，通过定制的隔断，实现了灵活分隔。
在完成各个局部节点的精心布局后，只属于小满科技的创意办公空间粗现啦！
Formal meeting and tea-time meeting are different communication mode, designers insert different meeting room in different scale in the space. What’s more, we have one office with moving partition, you can separate one big room into two small rooms.
After hard working in all details, ONEXN works out a specific innovative office space for Xiaoman.
