项目概况
Project Overview

本项目位于江门市蓬江区大雁山脚下一个僻静的村子旁，占地面积约15公顷，场地中有一座植被丰茂的小山，周边更有大量桑基鱼塘等充满岭南风情的人文景观资源。工作内容包括整体规划、全区整体景观、湿地接待中心、西棠农场建筑设计、以及西棠书屋的景观和室内设计等。本项目希望提供一种与都市住区不一样的环境，力图为未来居住于此的人们展现一种归园田居的生活状态，倡导一种返璞归真的生活方式。

The project is located next to a small tranquil village in the Dayan Mountains, Pengjiang District, Jiangmen City, covers approximately 15 hectares. The site features a beautiful mountainous terrain with dense vegetation and several mulberry fish ponds which are symbolic of the local Ling-nan culture and landscape. Our work includes the masterplan, the overall landscape, the Wetland Reception Center, the architectual design of the Xitang Farm, and the landscape and interior design of the Xitang Bookstore. The project hopes to provide a different environment from the urban residence, and try to show a living condition of rural garden for the people who live here in the future, and propose a life style of returning to the nature.

设计理念
Design Concept

新时期的乡村建设，有着与过往不同的美学品质要求，它应能关注人们内心的真实需求，适应新时期人们的审美品位。它是乡村的、本土的、自然的和创新的，不再需要过多的复古主义和异国风情。从城市到乡村，本质上我们要打造一个连接不同人群的新型社区。重新构建“原住民、新住民、游客”三者融合的新型社区关系，塑造回归质朴的生活方式，并通过一系列节点的营建，创造具有场所精神的新社区。“隐形的融入、转绎的重生”，是云上西棠田园度假综合体项目的主要理念。

The rural architecture in the new era has different aesthetic quality requirements than the past. It should pay more attention to the real needs of people and adapt to the aesthetic taste of people. It is rural, indigenous, natural and innovative, no longer requiring too much retroism and exoticism.From the city to the countryside, we want to create a new type of community that connects different groups of people. Reconstruct the new community relationship of “indigenous people, new residents and tourists”, create a return to a simple lifestyle, and create a new community with a place spirit through a series of nodes. “Invisible integration and reincarnation” is the main concept of the Xitang Resort Complex.

设计思路
Design Ideas

1.生态的延续——关注场地原貌
1.The continuation of ecology – focus on the original appearance of the site

在设计开展之初，我们就确立了利用场地中丰富的水体及原生植被资源，大面积采取轻度维护的原则和理念，以降低生态系统的负担。从山林、河塘、湿地、路径等四个方面着笔，体现对原生态的延续。

(1) 场地有两个非常显著的植被要素：小南头山，和一个带状的植被区，两个区都加以保留，被道路、建筑、水体，所环绕的小山丘和原生植被及地形，均直接显现。两个建筑组团的选址都围绕两个小山丘，依山而建，山底植被在主要的道路界面均清晰可见。

(2) 场地里最大的池塘被完整保留，场地外围的桑基鱼塘也最大程度的纳入视线之内。选定中间一些水塘集中的区域设计出的中心水体，成为承载整个景观的核心，再通过一个圆环，连接起不同的景观节点。

(3)新设计的湿地浮岛，也完全尊重历史水系肌理，选址原有鱼塘的位置而设计。流经场地的原有河涌和截洪沟被保留美化，保证外围村庄的泄洪需要的同时，并维持原生态特色。

(4)场地的主要园路路径，均最大限度地遵循原场地的道路，降低新建道路体系对场地边界和场地内部生态系统的冲击。山坡的原生植被将尽可能保留，即使新增的地被，也是以大片种植野趣、低维护的大叶油草、狼尾草等为主，突显自然野趣的生态特色。

At the beginning of the design, we have established the principles and concepts of using a wide range of water bodies and native vegetation resources to take light maintenance on a large scale to reduce the burden on the ecosystem. From the four aspects of mountain forest, river pond, wetland, and path, it reflects the continuation of the original ecology.

(1) The site has two very significant vegetation elements: Xiaonantou Mountain, and a strip of vegetation area, both of which are preserved, surrounded by roads, buildings, water bodies, hills and native vegetation and topography. The site of the two building groups is centered on two small hills, built on the hills, and the vegetation at the bottom of the mountain is clearly visible at the main road interface.

(2) The largest pond in the site is completely preserved, and the mulberry fish pond outside the site is also fully included in the sight. The central water body designed by the area where some ponds are concentrated is selected to be the core of the whole landscape, and then connected to different landscape nodes through a bridge in a ring.

(3) The newly designed wetland floating island is also designed with full respect for the texture of the historical water system and the location of the original fish pond. The original river and intercepting ditch flowing through the site were preserved and beautified to ensure the flood discharge needs of the surrounding villages while maintaining the original ecological features.

(4) The main garden roads of the site are to follow the roads of the original site, and reduce the impact of the new road system on the site boundary and the internal ecosystem of the site. The native vegetation on the hillside will be preserved as much as possible. Even if the new ground cover is added, it is mainly based on large-scale cultivation of wild fun, low-maintenance big-leaf oil grass and pennisetum, which highlights the ecological characteristics of natural wildness.

2.建筑的聚合——融入与重生
2.The aggregation of buildings – integration and rebirth

建筑的聚合策略，包含两个层面的意思。第一，环聚各大建筑节点。第二，乡村聚落的转绎重生。设计结合传统岭南乡村聚落意向，利用有机形态的合与转折，组合形成了一个自然的聚落空间。

The building’s aggregation strategy has two levels of meaning. First, gather around the major building nodes. Second, the rural settlements are reborn. The design combines the traditional Lingnan rural settlement intentions and combines the organic forms to form a natural settlement space.

（1）中心圆湖—环聚建筑，融入本底
集中打造体验活动，将相对人工的节点统一设置于湿地环上，形成层级分明的环状空间结构，各个节点也一一消融在自然环境之中，减少对自然基底的影响。以一个环形步道将各大建筑节点串联起来，简化空间组织和游览线路，突出整体感。同时，沿环形步道设置的一系列节点，重在体现视觉性和参与感，提升整个景区的品质。

（2）湿地中心—乡村聚落，意象重生
湿地接待中心，设计为两面临水，一面靠山。建筑的平面布局，形成类似传统岭南乡村聚落的形态意向，中间是一个围合的院落。屋顶采用变化的折坡带给建筑群体更强的雕塑感。景观设计主要围绕中庭和周边界面展开，采用自然过渡的形式处理临水和临山两个侧立面，结合简约的铺装衬托建筑空间的硬朗和纯粹，同时完整保持了圆形栈道的交通衔接功能。

（3）西棠农场—极简风格，贴合环境
西棠农场与山丘、中心湖及鱼塘相连，建筑形式采用贴合环境的极简造型，与湿地中心建筑形成强烈对比。这里是满足亲子活动的主要场所之一。景观设计采用极简手法，形成与建筑风格的统一和呼应。

(1) Central round lake – a gathering of buildings, integrated into the background
Focus on creating experience activities, and set the relatively artificial nodes on the wetland ring to form a layered and distinct annular space structure. Each node is also melted into the natural environment to reduce the impact on the natural base. The main building nodes are connected in series by a circular walkway, simplifying the space organization and tour routes, and highlighting the overall sense. At the same time, a series of nodes along the circular path emphasizes the sense of visuality and participation, and enhances the quality of the entire scenic spot.

(2) Wetland Center – Rural Settlement, Image Rebirth
The wetland reception center is designed to face two waters and one side. The layout of the building forms a form similar to the traditional Lingnan rural settlement, with an enclosed courtyard in the middle. The roof uses a variable folding slope to give the building group a stronger sense of sculpture. The landscape design is mainly around the atrium and the surrounding interface. It adopts the form of natural transition to deal with the two side façades of Linshui and Linshan. The combination of simple paving sets off the toughness and purity of the building space, while maintaining the traffic connection of the circular plank road.

(3) Xitang Farm – minimalist style, fit the environment
Xitang Farm is connected to the hills, the central lake and the fisch ponds. The building form adopts a minimalist shape that fits the environment and forms a strong contrast with the wetland center building. This is one of the main places to meet parent-child activities. The landscape design adopts minimalist techniques to form a unity and echo with the architectural style.

3.体验的深入——深度互动体验
3.Deeper experience – deep interactive experience

回归自然的环境，与自然在此以零距离共处，是人们感受大地精神要义的场景，更是远离城市的喧嚣，卸下生活的繁杂，来呼吸自由的空气，超脱于拥挤的环境，倾听自己内心声音的良机

（1）适合所有年龄层次的人群
全龄化的概念，在场地里面有三个典型的综合性体验场所，分别是西棠农场、湿地接待中心和西棠书院以及六大户外体验空间，这些空间都能够满足不同年龄段的需要。

（2）强调互动，深度参与和互动体验
以西棠农场为例，我们设置了一系列的活动内容，包括亲子厨房、亲子菜园、观光工厂、萌宠乐园以及垂钓鱼塘。

（3）游览体验
希望通过游览路线和工具的设置，能够带给游客不同的体验方式。为游客提供自驾车体验、步行体验、电瓶车体验、水上游玩等多种完全不同的体验方式和路径。

(1) Suitable for people of all ages
The concept of aging, there are three typical comprehensive experience places in the venue, namely Xitang Farm, Wetland Reception Center and Xitang Academy and six outdoor experience spaces, which can meet the needs of different age groups.

(2) Emphasis on interaction, deep participation and interactive experience
Take Xitang Farm as an example. We set up a series of activities, including parent-child kitchen, parent-child garden, sightseeing factory, Mengzi Paradise and Diaoyutang.

(3) Tour experience
I hope that by setting the route and tools, I can give visitors different ways of experiencing. Provide visitors with a variety of different ways and paths of self-driving experience, walking experience, battery car experience, water play and more.
