first of all i cant see a shit "folding" here!!! where in the world is there something "folding"?? Second: This is definitively no tower anymore...this "tower" is in its width-height ratio almost 1:1! The word "tower" would describe it more like a elegant object. I would rather say its a huge Monolith, sitting there like a fat mountain, pressurizing everything its urban context! On this building i cant find any evidence of the consideration of human scale! My final verdict for its obsolete name: Monolith of shame!
