九熹 – 大乐之野·胡陈粮仓度假酒店,宁波 / 景会设计

隐秘在群山环绕的宁海县胡陈乡里的九熹·大乐之野是由老粮站改造成的精品民宿, 这里曾经是当地热闹的粮食储藏和供应站,之后慢慢淡出并长期处于闲置状态,景会设计(Ares Partners)在2015年接受甲方的委托对老粮站进行全面的改造设计, 经设计师的精心规划与设计,这个废弃的粮仓又重新回到了人们的日常生活中。

Miya/LostVilla Hotel is located in Ninghai County HuChen township. Ninghai is a coastal county in the city of Ningbo, East China’s Zhejiang province. Lying between Tiantai Mountain and Siming Mountain, it boasts a beautiful mountainous territory.

改造后的粮仓酒店由7 栋建筑组成,其中6 栋为改造建筑, 1栋为新建建筑。酒店共有21间客房,并配有全日制餐厅,游泳池,会议室,茶室等公共设施。原有的建筑是典型的粮仓建筑,窗户小并且都在距离地面2.5米以上,窗户主要以通风为目的,不考虑采光功能,从储物空间转换到酒店客房空间,如此两个极端的功能转换成了此项目建筑与室内空间改造的一个挑战。

This hotel is converted from an old Granary station built in 1956. The site consists of six renovated old buildings and one new addition which functions as reception and meeting facility.

场地规划 | Site Planning

原场地由一条4.5米宽的主通道连接前后两个庭院及围绕着庭院的7栋老房,改造中设计师在尊重现有建筑肌理的前提下, 调整和梳理空间格局, 首先是拆除了正对酒店入口大门的一栋二层高的砖房,这栋原始建筑阻隔着前后空间并阻挡了视线, 在其占地范围内新建的是一栋局部二层高的建筑, 并在其西(西南)侧增加了一条3米宽的次通道, 加强了前后场地在视觉上以及动线上的连贯性。其次是拆除了主通道与西侧草地之间的围墙, 使建筑与整个场地及周围的山景融合更密切。在功能分布上,酒店的公共及辅助设施被安排在临近入口庭院的几栋老建筑中,新建建筑西侧的一栋老建筑改造后作为酒店的全日制餐厅, 餐厅北面是新增加的泳池,泳池面向视野开阔的草地和远处的山。设计师通过疏导.围合的手法, 使场地的动线更流畅,空间组合疏密相间,让人在不同尺度的空间中游走体验。

The renovation process is taking on a sensitive approach to the surrounding beautiful scenery and the old Granary station buildings adjacent. The five of the seven old buildings were built of stone masonry. All windows were very small in size and located beyond reachable height. This became quite a challenge for us in order to fulfill the necessary requirements for a hotel space.

改造与新建 | Renovation and New Construction

对于场地中6 栋建筑的改造,我们保留了原有的结构体系, 由于原有粮食储藏功能导致窗户都非常小,室内光线很暗, 原始建筑的2.5米以下为毛石墙体,毛石上方是约30公分高的一圈水泥压线, 水泥以上为砖墙和支撑屋顶的结构柱, 改造中,我们将所有在2.5米以上的窗户扩大, 并按平面布局的需求,有节制有选择的将部分窗户不仅水平方向扩大而且纵向扩大至2.5米以下, 这样增加了室内空间的舒适感。在外立面的处理上,我们将毛石上厚厚的白色涂料去除, 让毛石的天然色彩还原, 毛石以上的水泥轮廓仍然保留了白色涂料, 窗洞两边的砖墙上外挂深色的塑木墙板。 去除了涂料的天然石材的建筑与远处的山体似乎融为一体。

The lower part of the building facade is made of rock stone and the upper part of facade is made of brick. They are linked by a continuous cement ring beam. We enlarged all the window sizes in width at the upper part of the facade and carefully selected the location where the upper windows being extended down in height. This is to minimize the opening cuts in the stone Masonry but at meantime to allow more natural light penetrates into the interior space.

整个场地中最小的两间客房面对的是最开阔的景色, 我们在原建筑的西侧加建了阳光房和露台,满足了客房功能面积的需求也增加了这栋建筑的体量感和存在感。在西北面山体的衬托下成为主通道和次通道轴线上的“景点”。新加建的阳光房和露台将室内空间水平方向延展至室外, 阳光房的天窗从视觉上纵向延伸向天空和远处的山景, 从不同的角度将远处的山景带入室内。这个加建的构筑物边际线以多段折线呈现,它与背景的山体岩石的刻凿痕迹有种相似感,同时建筑的人工性和自然的山体又存在着一种强烈的反差,既有着关联又有着反差特性,建筑与自然默默中进行着一场对话。

粮仓过大尺度的室内空间本身是个不宜用来居住的空间,我们通过“盒体”嵌套的方式来化解室内单一性, 这些赋予了实用功能“盒体”满足了酒店客房功能上的要求,并通过对尺度的调节来唤起人的身体在空间中的知觉性。 这种形式改变了通常用隔墙来区分空间的方式,增加了空间的丰富性和具体性。在室内的材料的运用上,设计师保持了一贯的朴素自然的风格, 实木板,素面水泥,槽钢,乳胶漆,冷轧钢板有序结合使用, 营造出了室内平静温馨的氛围。

White paint is being carefully stripped off to reveal the natural color of the stone. We kept the original building structure. Two of the seven buildings have beautiful timber wood structure. We remove the false ceiling to allow all wood structure to be exposed. Steel I-Beams are added either to reinforce the existing structure or to act as a channel for hiding all the utility pipes.New interior walls are added to create twenty one guest suites. We also added new washroom facilities to each guest suite. These add on new space is designed as “a room within a room”.

除了对6栋原有老建筑的改造之外,入口处作为接待及会务的是一栋新建建筑, 设计师以抽象简洁的几何体回应了相邻的老建筑和远处的自然山景。 建筑的一层南端为酒店接待,北端是会议室,二楼的北端为茶室,南端为户外露台,新建筑的高度由北向南逐渐从7.1米降低至4.85米,当人们站在酒店入口大门处时,北面和西北面的山景不被建筑所阻挡, 并且二楼的茶室南北都采用大面积的落地玻璃, 透过玻璃远处的绵延起伏的山隐隐可见。 步入室内,透过落地玻璃大窗眺望远处一览无余的山景和近处的桃花林, 如同来到了一个世外桃源。 这栋建筑的东立面顺应着场地在接待与会议功能空间的分界处作了一个“折”, 建筑立面与地面边界的镜向“折”线在接待的入口处自然形成了一个围合空间,供人们停留交谈。  正对着酒店大门的南墙以封闭式墙体为主,唯一的竖向窄条窗有节制地控制着内外空间的对话,客人从室内通过窄条窗眺望远处层层叠叠的山景,有似一幅山水画轴。

The seventh building which was built in the 70s is being demolished and a new building is designed to be built in the same location. The slope roof line blends into the roofs around as well as the undulating mountain skyline. The east facade of the new building folds in an angle to echo the existing site condition. Our design approach is to engage a dialogue between the old and new buildings close by as well as to create a dialogue between architecture, mountain scenery and people.

一层北端会议室的西墙采用了磨砂U型玻璃,这种磨砂颗粒肌理在建筑外立面上与细腻的外墙涂料和刷白的粗糙砖墙在对比中形成统一, 从室内看不仅玻璃表面粗糙感与东面的拉毛水泥墙呼应 而且也增添了一些朦胧感。U型玻璃外隐约可以看到通向二楼茶室的楼梯。会议室的北面是落地大玻璃窗,东墙有节制地只开了一个窗,这样将人的视线有目的性地引向了北面的开阔山景和山景衬托下的建筑。 此栋建筑在型体,体量和室内外材料的运用上尽可能地保持着抽象和简洁。这次对粮仓酒店的建筑与室内改造,设计概念的调整和完善贯穿了整个建造过程, 是一个渐渐理解原有的并逐渐建立新“秩序”的过程。
