Coldefy is an international award winning architecture firm based in France. In the past ten years the office has since opened studios in Hong Kong and more recently in Shanghai. The firm is characterized by their dynamism and creativity, animated by an international tropism that drives them to participate regularly in professional events around the world as well as in large international competitions. Their originality and resourcefulness have brought them success in a number of entries. The body of work engages a wide variety of projects of different scales, from research and conception through construction.

The design method employs extreme consideration to the site, an urban culture concerned with the appropriate density and diversity, as well as a conceptualization process where the various project factors are continually brought together to the point of overlap. The studio atmosphere is international, dynamic and collaborative.

职位 | Vacancies（长期有效）

O 项目建筑师 Project Architect（1-2位）

任职资格：
– 建筑学本科以上学历；
– 热爱建筑设计，具备创造性思维和出色的设计能力；
– 具备5-8年或以上中型及大型建筑项目设计经验，从概念方案到扩初设计及施工配合的全流程建筑设计工作经验；
– 大中型综合体及商业设计和精装修经验者优先，已有竣工项目或现场协调能力者优先；有高奢商业及住宅建筑立面设计经验者优先；
– 优秀的英文写作与口语能力，英文和中文能力兼具；
– 熟练使用Rhino, Enscape, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite等相关设计软件；
– 与项目负责人紧密合作，确保项目的进行、交付、质量和生产力；
– 在复杂的工作环境中较强的沟通能力和组织能力，能够独立负责或在团队协作中完成项目设计工作；
– 积极主动，可靠并富有责任心；

Requirements and Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Architecture.
2. Passionate about architectural design, creative thinking and excellent design ability.
3. 5-8 years or above large scale project architectural design experience in from concept scheme to DD completion and on-site coordination.
4. Require large scale commercial building retail mall planning design experience. With completed works, site experience and interior design experience is a plus. Experience in high-end commercial building façade design is preferred.
5. Excellent bilingual in spoken and written English and Chinese.
6. Excellent in common design software, e.g., Rhino, Enscape, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite.
7. Work closely with Project lead to complete concept, schematic and Detail design stage.
8. Excellent communication and organization skills in facing with paced environment. Able to complete project design work independently or in a team.
9. Proactive, committed, and reliable.

O 项目建筑室内设计师 Interior Designer（1-2位）

任职资格：
– 5 – 8年或以上高奢商场 ,高端住宅及酒店,室内概念设计阶段至施工阶段协调等工作经验；
– 对于建筑室内材料及施工工艺有较强的认知，同时还须具备优秀的设计创作及沟通能力，能独立工作及与他人合作；
– 本科及以上学历或建筑等相关专业的大学或学院毕业；
– 熟练使用建筑室内设计相关AutoCAD、Rhino, Indesign等设计相关软件。
– 在复杂的工作环境中较强的沟通能力和组织能力，能够独立负责或在团队协作中完成项目设计工作；
– 积极主动，可靠并富有责任心；英语熟练

Requirements and Qualifications:
– 5-8 years or above working experience in commercial shopping mall, high end residential building, hotels, from concept scheme to DD completion and on-site coordination;
– Strong understanding of building interior materials and construction techniques; Excellent design creation and communication skills, can work indepently and also a good team player;
– Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Architecture or relevant
– Excellent in interior design software, e.g., Rhino, AutoCAD, Indesign.
-Strong communication and organizational skills in complex work environments, able to independently take responsibility or complete project design work in team collaboration;
-Proactive, reliable, and responsible; english proficiency.

O 建筑实习生 Intern（多位）

任职资格：
– 建筑学本科以上学习经历；
– 具有热情和求知欲，学习能力强，有一定的抗压能力；
– 能熟练使用AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketch-up、Rhino、Illustrator、InDesign、PPT等绘图排版建模软件及有渲染图技巧；
– 英文能力佳者优先；
– 实习期三个月以上。

Requirements and Qualifications：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Architecture.
2. Passion and thirst for knowledge, strong learning ability, and pressure resistance skill.
3. Proficient in modelling, rendering and laying out. Skilled at programs such as Autocad, Photoshop, Rhino, Sketchup, Illustrator, Indesign, PPT, etc
4. Excellent bilingual in spoken and written English is a plus.
5. Must be able to work for 3 months or above.
