Found in London 2007, syncform is a multi disciplinary architectural practice based in London + China, partner with numerous of architectural organisation and work in the diverse field of innovative architecture, urbanism projects. The core members are all received their professional training of architectural design at Architectural Association School of Architecture (AA) in London. sync practice extensive experience in developing new dynamic affiliations, continuities and complex relationships on the evolution and mutation projects. They seek an appropriate mediate transformation in consistently boundaries of multiple environments, culture, urban as formation with the theoretical practice, advanced computational technology, disciplinary experimentation by exploring the today’s architecture. Sync works embody our architectural experimentation in multi -element contemporary arts, transformation of dynamics of daily life to urban development, especially attention to modern architecture in China.

Their practice is not just responding and exploring changeability, viability and transformation of complex computational algorithm and unique design methodologies into these intelligence spatial solutions. We put forward ingenious strategy from macro of modernism urban context, culture and environmental analysis to micro localised flow organisation strategy, innovative structural and material applications. We strive to create a significant contribution to continue to develop our qualities responsible design for client.

syncform 建筑设计事务所在2007年成立于伦敦。核心成员均毕业于世界著名建筑学府英国伦敦建筑联盟建筑学院AA，均曾供职于世界顶尖建筑事物所，包括英国诺曼－福斯特建筑事务所，英国阿里森－布鲁克建筑事务所。在欧洲和亚洲多年的建筑从业经历使他们具有开阔的国际视野，先锋的建筑思想，独特的设计方法。他们拥有丰富的运作大型建筑以及规划项目的经验，包括高端住宅区规划，以及星级酒店项目，公共文化建筑，公共景观建筑，城市规划项目等。他们深刻理解当代西方绿色建筑理念，熟知先进的建筑材料，细部节点构造以及其施工工艺，拥有过硬的技术实力能够保证其设计方案的可实施性。

O Senior Interior Designer

We expect:
1. bachelor’s or higher degree in interior design or architecture.
2. minimum 8 years or above of experience, with experience with built projects
3. excellent aesthetic sensibilities and outstanding design skills
4. proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to both learn from and mentor others;
5. working knowledge of 3D + 2D software;
6. coordination experience with clients, contractors, and consultants.
7. basic knowledge of products, materials, and construction methods. Ability to develop props and design nodes;
8. rich construction site experience is preferred;
9. Experience in retail and boutique design is preferred.

O 高级室内设计师

我们期待：
1 .室内设计学士及学士以上学位；
2 .至少8年或以上工作经验，主导项目的经验，以及知名设计企业、外企等工作经验；
3 .具有出色的方案构思及审美创新能力；
4 .积极主动，有上进心，并且具有不断学习和指导他人的愿望；
5 .熟练掌握工作所需的3D及2D软件；
6 .具备与客户，施工方及咨询顾问之间的协调经验，
7 .掌握产品，材料和施工工艺方面的知识，会道具开发，开发设计节点；
8. 具备丰富的工程施工现场经验者优先；
9 .具有零售店、精品店设计经验者优先；

O Junior Interior Designer

We expect:
1. bachelor’s or higher degree in interior design.
2. recent graduates 2 years of experiences as a design assistance designer.
3. excellent aesthetic sensibilities and outstanding design skills
4. team player attitude and high level of motivation with a continuous desire to learn and grow
5. good technical skills (expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch up, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
6. experience with Rhinoceros software is also preferred，
7. An Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English is preferred. Best candidate should be bilingual ( Mandarin and English) ;

O 初级室内设计师

我们期待：
1 .建筑，室内，或环境艺术设计专业的学士及学士以上学位；
2 .有2年及以上工作经验的助理设计师，以及知名设计企业、外企等工作经验；

Qualifications:
1. Excellent students majoring in architecture and interior design are welcome to join our design team for internship at any time.
2. The internship takes 3-6 months as the internship application cycle.
3. Excellent scheme conception and aesthetic innovation ability;
4. Strong teamwork spirit, enthusiastic desire for knowledge and exploration spirit, and continuous upward learning attitude;
5. Have strong professional skills (proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Adobe series software, etc.);
