O 资深主创建筑师
Senior Design Architect

– 10年以上设计院/外资/事务所工作经验（商业，办公，酒店项目经验优先）；
– 良好的沟通能力并适应团队合作设计；
– 能独立领导5-8人设计团队，把控进度，与业主沟通，并独立完成一定尺度的公共建筑项目；
– 熟练建模软件，及方案深度技术图纸绘制；
– 有项目管控能力，独立参与与业主的沟通及汇报工作；
– 熟悉基本建筑规范及地方法规；
– 建筑学本科及以上学历。

– 10 year working experience （Mixed-Use, Office, Hospitality Project experience preferred）
– good communication skill and team-work ability.
– can lead 5-8 people design team independently, communicate with the client, control time schedule, and complete medium/Large size projects.
– Familiar with the design requirement of concept design/schematic design stage in China.
– Skilled in modelling and technical drawing (who familiar with the working flow based on Rhino/CAD will be preferred)
– Basic project management ability, can participate project meeting, and present to the client independently.
– Familiar with basic Chinese local standard.
– Bachelor degree of architecture or above.

O 方案主创建筑师
Senior Design Architect

– 6-8年设计院/外资/事务所工作经验（商业，办公，酒店项目经验优先）；
– 良好的沟通能力并适应团队合作设计；

– 有基本的项目管控能力，可以独立参与与业主的沟通及汇报工作；
– 熟悉基本建筑规范及地方法规；
– 建筑学本科及以上学历。

– 2-5年左右建筑项目经验（商业，办公，酒店项目经验优先）；
– 良好的沟通能力并适应团队合作设计；
– 能够把控设计进度，并与业主沟通的能力；
– 熟练建模软件（Rhino或SU）；
– 对渲染软件有一定了解 (Lumion优先)；
– 熟练使用排版与图形制作软件（ID / AI / PS）；
– 有一定的图纸绘制功底（AutoCAD）；
– 会使用基础办公软件（Excel / PowerPoint）；
– 建筑学本科及以上学历。

– Around 2-5 year working experience （Mixed-Use, Office, Hospitality Project experience preferred）
– Good communication skill and team-work ability.
– Have ability to control the design schedule, and communicate with the client.
– Experienced modelling skill (Rhino/SU)
– Basic Rendering Software Skill (Lumion is Preferred)
– Basic technical drawing skill (Auto CAD)
– Familiar with following software: Photoshop / Indesign / Illustrator / Excel / PowerPoint
– Bachelor degree of architecture or above.

O 应届/实习建筑师
Fresh Graduate/Internship

– 建筑学本科或硕士在读；
– 良好的沟通能力并适应团队合作设计；
– 熟练建模软件（Rhino或SU）；
– 对渲染软件有一定了解 (如Lumion, Enscape等)；
– 熟练使用排版与图形制作软件（ID / AI / PS）；
– 有一定的图纸绘制功底（AutoCAD）。

– Bachelor Students / Master Students / or Recent Graduates.
– Good communication skill and team-work ability.
– Experienced modelling skill (Rhino/SU)
– Basic Rendering Software Skill (Lumion Preferred)
– Basic technical drawing skill (Auto CAD)
– Familiar with following software: Photoshop / Indesign / Illustrator / Excel / PowerPoint.

O 平面设计师
Graphic Designer

– 有建筑设计方案设计/汇报文本制作经验优先考虑；
– 熟练操作Photoshop、In design、AI、MS Office、AutoCAD等相关设计软件；
– 具备良好的文字功底，有较强的审美及丰富的美工经验，思维活跃；
– 本科或以上学历；
– 有良好的的沟通和协作能力，有责任心；
– 用心，专注，对自己从事的事业有热忱，并有动力完成每项任务。

– Experience in creating architectural design/presentation documents is preferred.
– Proficient in using Photoshop, InDesign, AI, office, AutoCAD and other related design software.
– Have good writing skills, strong aesthetic and rich art work experience, and active thinking.
– Bachelor degree or above.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, and sense of responsibility.
– Dedicated, ambitious and a drive to see each task through to completion.

O 商务经理
Business Development Manager

– 全国设计业务市场开拓、客户关系维护；
– 5年以上的经营和市场开发能力；
– 参与合同谈判、沟通协调；
– 跟踪项目收款情况，协助项目经理及时收款；
– 市场营销或建筑相关专业，2年以上建筑行业从业经验；
– 具备稳固扎实的工程拓展销售经验，了解建筑设计基本理论；
– 具备出色的谈判技巧及良好的沟通能力；
– 具备团队合作经验；
– 能在压力下保持积极、良好的工作状态；
– 熟悉酒店设计客户者优先。

– Design business market development and client relationship management.
– More than 5 years of operational and market development capabilities.
– Assist in contract negotiations, communication and coordination with clients.
– Track project payment status and assist project managers receiving payments on time.
– Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of relevant industry work experience (marketing, architecture)
– Having solid experience in marketing and sales, and familiar with architectural design.
– Having excellent negotiation skills and good communication skills.
– Having experience in teamwork.
– Being able to maintain a positive and good working state under pressure.
– Familiar with hotel design clients preferred.
