本项目是都市绿化区中的一个公共空间。该空间对所有游客开放，旨在以各种可能的表现方式来呈现现代艺术的创造潜力。设计团队将这里打造为了一个艺术展览空间。

This is a public space in the green zone of megapolis. It is open for visitors. The building is designed to develop the creative potential of modern art in all possible manifestations. An art gallery, exhibition hall are established.

外侧的开放式空间致力于营造出一个轻松自由的环境氛围。场地内部则被定义为一个休闲娱乐场所，设有休息放松区、滑板区和旱冰区等活动空间。项目在整体规模、服务辐射范围和设计上都具有一定的灵活性和多样性，从而不仅为时装走秀和演出等活动提供了场地，更是滑板、涂鸦、霹雳舞等街头文化的天堂，甚至，设计团队还专门为涂鸦文化预留了一根主要的柱子，无论你是不是艺术家，只要你想表达自己，就可以在上面进行创作。

Open space on the outside for ease of perception and sense of free though. The territory is designed for recreation and also with a zone for active pastime, skateboarding and rollerblading. The scale, coverage and design allow carrying out various events such as fashion shows, performances, contests among representatives of street culture (skateboarding, graffiti, break dance …). One of the main pillars of the building (wall) is used for drawing graffiti by artists (not only artists and by all who would like to show themselves and try.

“为所有人而作（For all of us）”作为一个哲学口号，仅寥寥数语就充分地体现出本项目的整体思想。本案的灵感来自于巴塞罗那的多元文化。在那里，所有人都能找到自己生命的意义。受这一点的启发，设计团队希望能在这个公共空间中传达一种创作自由和沉思自由的理念。

“For all of us” is a philosophy slogan, just in four words fully reveals the whole idea of “Flatness”. The project is inspired by the multi-culture of Barcelona. This is the city where everyone could find the purpose of life. We tried to transfer the spirit of freedom of creation and contemplation in our work.
