Design Power House（上海缇濮空间设计有限公司，简称DPH），自2019年开业以来一直专注于最具前沿、原创、高端的商业、办公室设计，全力在室内设计领域多维度升级发展，公司创办人Simon Wong在香港工作期间，主创操盘了济南、沈阳、天津、大连等四个恒隆项目的开发，以及香港机场和香港圆方的商业改造。2010年，Simon Wong来到上海，组建了贝诺上海分公司，与设计总监Carol Du携手合作，共同完成了iapm环贸广场、上海陆家嘴中心和白玉兰广场等地标性办公商业综合体的设计工作。这些项目不仅彰显了公司的高端设计实力，也为上海的城市发展注入了新的活力。2019年，创办DPH。至今已经承接了苏州中心的重奢改造、上海徐家汇航天城、香港置地重庆综合体以及天津中海环宇城等大型商业综合体的项目。在团队的共同努力下，这些项目都取得了显著的成果，赢得了市场的广泛赞誉。我们始终秉承“不甘平凡，思创未来”的理念，为客户提供的独一无二、卓越一流的空间创意设计。

工作职责及任用条件：
– 统招本科以上学历，设计、文学、电子营销等相关专业
– 具备一定的建筑知识和理论基础
– 具有良好的文学功底和文字编辑能力，优秀的排版和平面设计能力
– 定期整理项目宣传资料，制作工作室宣传文案
– 与媒体平台对接，确定宣传方向及作品选题，做好作品发布
– 管理工作室网站与其他宣传平台的更新，负责公司各类宣传工作与公司活动
– 负责项目参赛评奖，以及公司推广与品牌建设
– 掌握Microsoft Office和Adobe Suite等专业软件，有类似工作经验者优先

Job Duties and Terms of Appointment：

– Bachelor degree or above, major in design, literature, electronic marketing, etc
– Have certain architectural knowledge and theoretical foundation
– Have a good literary foundation and text editing ability, excellent typography and graphic design ability
-Sorted out project publicity materials regularly and made studio publicity copy
– Docking with the media platform, determining the publicity direction and the selection of works, and publishing the works well
– Managed the update of the studio website and other promotional platforms, and was responsible for all kinds of publicity work and corporate activities
– Responsible for project competition and award evaluation, company promotion and brand building

O 平面设计师 Graphic Designer

岗位需求：1
工作职责及任用条件：

– 平面设计相关专业，本科及以上学历
– 在建筑和室内行业已从事至少两年平面设计工作
– 扎实的软件操作技能，熟悉包括Adobe Creative Suits 等平面设计软件
– 较强的平面图形设计感和可视化设计能力
– 有较强的责任心，自驱力较强，能够良好的把控时间和任务节点，与团队形成良好的合作关系
– 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力

– Bachelor in Graphic design or above with relevant recognized qualification
– Min 2 years working experience as graphic designer in architectural & interior fields
– Familiar with relevant software such as Adobe Creative Suits and etc.
– Strong graphic sense and visualization ability
– High responsibility, self-motivated and good time management skills to meet tight deadline and be a good team player
– Good command of both spoken and written English

– 211、985、QS前50的艺术类院校毕业，艺术设计、景观设计、风景园林设计、室内设计、环境设计、规划设计、建筑设计等相关专业
– 熟练掌握各种设计专业绘图软件，擅长建模、渲染者更佳
– 了解行业最新设计动态，了解时尚领域新概念
– 良好的组织协调、沟通、审美能力

岗位需求：1
工作职责及任用条件：

– 统招本科以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、设计相关专业
– 一年以上相关工作经验，对商业空间设计行业有一定的认知
– 具备优秀的沟通及文字处理能力
– 具备良好的人际交往、社会活动能力及公关谈判能力
– 思维清晰、活跃，沟通能力强，善于团队协作
– 工作仔细、耐心、踏实、严谨；工作效率高，不拖拉
– 与客户对接流畅、精通基本商务社交礼仪
– 跟踪与落实部门所有人员工作计划与安排，工作执行及完成情况
