The company has been established in 1997 as a subsidiary of TECHO Prague, member of the Dutch Royal AHREND Group.

As the culmination of a process that started in 2008, when Ahrend acquired its 100% ownership interest, TECHO and its subsidiaries will, from 1st January 2021, trade under the name Ahrend.
