Kessler Plescher Architects design, plan and implement architecture, interiors and objects. The young office based in Cologne is managed by Arne Kessler and Katrin Julia Plescher. Together they work on projects from different disciplines and scales with the aim of developing precise and sustainable solutions.
The design expression is reduced, timeless and modern, but does not submit to any formalism. The way the office works is characterized by very detailed planning within the context of the project. The goal is always the symbolic implementation of the design idea with a selected canon of materials. Atmosphere, feel and craftsmanship form the focus of the work.
After several years of working in well-known architectural offices in Hamburg, Berlin and Cologne, Arne Keßler and Katrin Plescher founded the joint office in 2019.
