介在（カイザイ），日文意思是：介于…之间，中间状态。从自然到建筑，有多种可能状态，这些“介在空间”的存在平衡着自然和建筑环境，具有在不同气候条件下使用的多种可能。我们试图将在地条件获得的灵感去演化出“介在状态”的一种新的体验。
介在建築设计工作室是在2020年成立不久的综合设计事务所。我们感兴趣于内外空间的暧昧性表达，用反差的视角探索新的空间体验。模糊室内、建筑、景观的边界，一直是我们持续的关注点。当然，场所的关系，空间的尺度、光的方向，材料的质感，空气的湿度及气味等，这些真实的在场体验，也将我们一直设计思考的要点。
Kaizai(カイザイ), in Japanese meaning is ‘interposed between...’, it is kind of intermediate state. From nature to architecture, there are many types of possible status. “Kaizai space” balance nature and architectural environment, it has many kinds of possibilities in different climate conditions. We try to develop a new experience of “Kaizai status”depending on the inspirations gained from local conditions.
