The International Garden Festival is the most important contemporary garden festival in North America. Since its creation in 2000, more than one million visitors have been touched and inspired by nearly 200 innovative projects. Serving as a creative canvas where anything is possible, the Festival has inspired many architects and landscape architects to develop new ways of perceiving and designing public space. The International Garden Festival is presented with the financial support of Canada Council for the Arts, Canadian Heritage, the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec and Emploi-Québec. Hydro-Québec has been the main partner of the Reford Gardens since 1999.
