HUB has a total of 28 employees and is structured around 5 teams. All of the staff are engineer-architects or architects. Each team handles several projects of varying scale levels.
We combine a high degree of employee autonomy with the direct involvement of both founding partners. An open outlook goes hand in hand with a long-term vision. This leads to projects that deliver very specific answers, but which all share the same ‘attitude’.
Our organisation is light and flexible, but also capable of taking final responsibility in complex and large-scale projects.
