office fuli was founded in Shanghai and Rotterdam, with its core members graduating from Harvard GSD and TU Delft. From the outset, the team has carried out a series of contextual public projects both domestically and internationally, combining global perspectives with local cultural sensitivity to achieve both spatial quality and urban impact. Meanwhile, we have collaborated with leading architectural practices worldwide to actively participate in public project competitions, refining our thinking and responses to the complex challenges of contemporary urban conditions through hands-on practice. We strive to hone our design craft, preserving the potential of public spaces as vital mediators—between people and people, nature and the city, and the everyday life and artistic imagination.
