evr-architecten is a design team for sustainable architecture, urban planning and research. The office is located in Ghent (BE and is active in both the private and public sector. The office is led by partners Manu Heytens, Bart Verstappen and Niels Baeck. Founding partners are Luc Eeckhout, Jan Van Den Broeke and Luc Reuse.
evr-architecten has a long lasting tradition in Belgian architecture and employs 30 architects, eng.-architects, urbanists and interior designers. evr-architecten are pioneers in low-energy and integrated sustainable architecture with a broad environmental awareness and involvement as source of inspiration. evr-Architecten are also at the basis of various sustainability indicators (objectifying methods and design tools) that are presently used in Belgium and focuses on circular design and construction.
