基地位于黄龙溪水乡古镇古代的遗址中,两江交汇之地,端头有水口,为古时码头,码头上有一全镇风水古树。项目为该场址上的博物馆,主要展示古镇往事,民俗文化,水乡文化和民俗手工业等。有人说过,瓦砾不是建筑,但建筑可以成为美丽的废墟。所在场址原为古镇的发祥地,时代更迭,场地已经成为一个遗址,或者说是“废墟”。如何在“废墟”之上,让建筑本身重新发现和升华“废墟”的意义,并使其产生价值,是本案的出发点,也是本案的难点。故址拾遗就是本案的中心主题。

历史场址再现与水乡肌理重塑——场地为黄龙溪水乡古镇的发源地遗址,本案通过综合场地的要素进行建筑形态的推敲,并以原有水乡格局进行肌理的研究。最终,建筑吻合原有“遗址”和呼应周边环境,并很好地融合三角形的“水口“状基地。

建筑于”废墟“中消隐与节点标志的凸显——建筑建于废墟之上,也消隐与废墟之中。通过这种”轻“处理的手法,第一原因,提醒着此处是一个遗址,是一个有历史渊源的地点,第二原因,建筑的介入而不影响原有的场址上的”物“与周边整体环境。建筑与”废墟“共存共生,同时,节点的凸现也是对场址其它标志”物“的反应。建筑本身就是废墟上的最大展品。

空间序列的营造与破碎空间的连续——结合展陈内容和现状,故址拾遗的主题要求设计塑造出一条完整的空间序列,并将”破碎“的空间连接起来。从入口空间——各主题空间——指向”水口“的中心古街(手工艺展示商业街)——古树广场。

水园——结合建筑走向和肌理,水园贯穿于建筑始终,营造建筑临水的水乡环境。

折叠的屋顶——建筑主要空间消隐与场地之中,以原有场地建筑的坡屋顶作为造型要素,通过折叠等手法进行营造。

Historical site & Shuixiang environment——Site Huanglongxi ancient town is the birthplace of the site, the case through the elements of a comprehensive site for scrutiny of the architectural form, and texture of the original pattern of a region of rivers and lakes research. Finally, the construction agreement original “site” and echoes the surrounding environment, and good fusion triangle “intake” shaped base.

The hidden of ruin & highlight of important element——Building built on top of the ruins, but also eliminate the hidden and ruins. Through the “light” techniques, the first reason, reminding here is a site, is a historical sites, the second reason, the architectural intervention without affecting the original site “” with the surrounding environment as a whole. Building and “ruins” co-existence, at the same time, nodes highlights is on site to the other signs “” reaction. The building itself is the ruins of the largest exhibits.

The creation of space sequence and the continuous space of fracture——Combined display content and the status quo, Guzhi gleaning theme design requirements create a complete sequence of space and will be “broken” coupled to space. From the entrance space — the topic space – point nozzle in the center of the street (Arts and crafts show commercial street) – the ancient square.

Water garden——In combination with the building direction and texture, water garden throughout the building, water environment around the building.

Folded roof style——Building main space between the hidden and the site, with the original site of the slope of the roof as the shape of the roof elements, through the folding and other techniques to create..
