在“下一代建筑发展计划”指引下,由国际绿色建筑联盟、东南大学、南京长江都市建筑设计股份有限公司、中建八局第三建设有限公司、南京国际健康城开发建设有限公司、雅伦格文化艺术基金会共同主办的江苏省“智慧树——垂直社区未来生活”国际设计竞赛,“Cloud Boats云舟”荣获二等奖。

Guided by  “The Next Architecture”Project, in order to explore the next architecture,“ International Design Competition of Smart Tree: Future Life in a Vertical Community ”is jointly co-organized by International Green Building Alliance,Southeast University,Nanjing Yangtze River Urban Architectural Design Co.,Ltd,The Third Construction Co.,Ltd. of China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau,Nanjing International Healthcare Area Development & Construction Co., Ltd.and Fondazione EMGdotART.  “Cloud Boats” won the second prize.

Concept

如果说古典的城市是关于神的,现代城市是关于资本和权力的,那么未来的城市就应该是关于人与自然的。

If the classical city is about God and the modern city is about capital and power, then the future city should be about people and nature.

▼下一代建筑服务器,building server for the next generation

2015年 – 装配式1.0时代
2015年末发布《工业化建筑评价标准》,决定2016年全面推广装配式建筑。
大量的建筑部品由车间生产加工完成,构件种类主要有:外墙板,内墙板,叠合板,阳台,空调板,楼梯,预制梁,预制柱等。
装配式主要停留在建筑基本结构与金属构件上。

2018年 – 集成化2.0时代
已经出现以交通核为核芯的集成模块,核芯主要集成服务空间以及设备管线,室内空间围绕核芯自由灵活布置,降低了空间复合可变成本。

2023年 – 集成化+框架3.0时代
所有建筑房间都可以通过装配式组装实现连接使用,每个功能房间都可以灵活变动以及拆装,可根据需求订购替换功能房间。

2050年 – 集成化+框架+移动4.0时代
居住模块与建筑完全实现装配化生产,居住模块连入自动驾驶技术进行行驶操作,建筑内不是唯一的居住地,居住模块通过可接驳式连接与建筑联通。建筑不再需要围护结构,转变为停靠居住模块的综合服务器。

2015 – Assembly 1.0 era
The 《Industrial Building Evaluation Standards》was released at the end of 2015, and it was decided to fully promote the assembly buildings in 2016.
A large number of building parts are produced and processed by the workshop. The main types of components are: exterior wall panels, interior wall panels, laminated panels, balconies, air conditioning panels, stairs, prefabricated beams, prefabricated columns, etc.
The assembly type mainly stays on the basic structure of the building and the metal components.

2018 – Integrated 2.0 era
The integrated module with the traffic core as the core has emerged. The core mainly integrates the service space and the equipment pipeline. The indoor space is freely and flexibly arranged around the core, which reduces the spatial compound variable cost.

2023 – Integrated + Framework 3.0 era
All building rooms can be connected by assembly assembly, each functional room can be flexibly changed and disassembled, and the replacement function room can be ordered according to requirements.

2050 – Integrated + framework + mobile 4.0 era
The residential module and the building are fully assembled and produced. The living module is connected to the automatic driving technology for driving operation. The building is not the only place of residence. The residential module is connected to the building through a connectable connection. The building no longer needs the envelope structure and is transformed into a comprehensive server that docks the dwelling modules.

通过生活单元的提取和使用,连入自动驾驶和能源处理系统,成为新一代的交通工具O pro,形成居住+ 交通 新一代居住方式,人们可以按照自己的喜好来选择居住地,不需要固定居所,形成新一代游牧生活,极大减少空间和设备浪费。

Through the extraction and use of living units, it is connected to the automatic driving and energy processing system, becoming a new generation of transportation O pro, forming a new generation of residential + transportation, people can choose their place of residence according to their own preferences, without the need for a fixed residence. To form a new generation of nomadic life, greatly reducing space and equipment waste.

飘浮运动,无人驾驶
Floating, unmanned

集工作、居住一体,其场景随意切换,智能家居,实现无家具化。模块化组合,厨卫模块与核心筒服务运转对接。

It integrates work and residence, and its scene is switched at will, smart home, and realizes no furniture. Modular combination, the kitchen and bathroom modules work in tandem with the core tube service.

城市连接性
Urban connectivity

无人驾驶汽车可能会在基础设施欠发达的城市和地区产生更大的影响。如纽约、伦敦、巴黎、东京、新加坡、北京、上海等城市是高密度发展的,它们应该更多的鼓励发展公共交通,以保持现有的道路空间。城市内通达性较差的区域,例如发达城市的郊区和欠发达地区的城市,将会受到更多来自无人驾驶汽车和城市交通设施一体化的影响。另一方面,不论城市区域的连接性强弱,联网的无人驾驶汽车都将成为这个城市的重要组成部分。发达城市的核心区将会以无人共享汽车和无人驾驶巴士的形式运行。

Driverless cars may have a greater impact in cities and regions with less developed infrastructure. Cities such as New York, London, Paris, Tokyo, Singapore, Beijing, and Shanghai are highly densely developed. They should encourage more development of public transportation to maintain existing road space. Areas with poor access within the city, such as suburbs of developed cities and cities in underdeveloped areas, will be more affected by the integration of driverless cars and urban transport facilities. On the other hand, regardless of the connectivity of urban areas, networked driverless cars will become an important part of the city. The core areas of developed cities will operate as unmanned shared cars and unmanned buses.

智能家居控制系统
Smart home control system

生活功能模块:从简洁和集约出发,以集水电为集中的关键点,探究可以拆卸外出的活动单元。
集合:将最基本的生活功能集合成模块,包含卫生间,厨房,冷藏,洗衣烘干和居住为一体的集合功能块,并将所有水电以及生活垃圾进行集中处理。
伸缩:模块内空间可通过内置伸缩进行扩大和缩小以满足各种使用习惯。
拆卸:模块中的功能与摆放位置可根据喜好进行拆卸和组装。
出行:模块与无人驾驶出行相结合,形成新一代出行旅居场所。

Travel: Modules are combined with unmanned travel to form a new generation of travel and accommodation.

未来城市划分
Future City Planning

随着交通工具速度和自动驾驶功能达到新的高度,交通工具的时速已经可以和现在的高铁动城相比拟,移居已经变成轻而易举的事情,未来的城市格局不再像现在根据省市直辖市进行划分,城市的功能和格局也不会像现在一密集和复杂,更多的城市将主要赋予专一的功能,科技区, 渔业区、交通运输区、林牧区、谷物区、牲畜矿业区,金融区,教育区,政治区,医疗区。也许在一个区域所包含的大大小小业态将扩大到整个国家,所有的行业以及产业将进行统一的聚集和生产。在高密度聚集生产的环境下将会引起各个行业的巨大进步和发展,整体带动各个行业的交流和传播,提高整体行业影响力。由于速度的提升,在区域内将不存在明显的地域优势,人们可以进行方便的移居。而对于公民,将少于奔波之苦,在各个城市之中可以体验接收到最高精尖的服务和知识。
