欧洲建筑遗产干预奖AADIPA于2019年4月12日决出了第4届竞赛的A类和B类候选名单。作为一个年轻的奖项，AADIPA旨在为更多作品提供展示的平台，让更多人了解到欧洲与文化遗产有关的优秀实践。鉴于奖项极高的参与度，举办方决定同时增加两类作品的入围数量。

The European Award for Architectural Heritage Intervention AADIPA, which closed the call for its fourth edition on April 12 with record participation figures, has published the shortlisted works in categories A and B of the Award. As a new initiative and in order to give visibility to a greater number of works and to recognize the optimum level of good heritage practice in Europe, the Award management has considered it appropriate to incorporate an increase in the number of works shortlisted in both categories.

6月13日，奖项主办方将借国际建筑遗产双年展的平台公布最终的候选人和获奖者。届时奖方还将首次从参选的作品中评选出“特别修复奖”，旨在从技术和方法论的角度，对在质量、精确度和尊重场地方面都拥有突出表现的作品予以嘉奖。

On June 13, within the framework of the International Biennial of Architectural Heritage, an event organised by the Award management, with the support of the COAC, AADIPA and the Government of Catalonia, the finalists and the winner of the 4 categories of the award will be made known. Likewise and for the first time, from all the works presented, the Award management will grant a Special Award for Restoration to the intervention, which from a technical and methodological point of view, stands out for its quality, precision and respect.
