ZIG是先锋设计团队，兼具实践性与创新力，由清华大学博士张华担任设计导师，致力于不同尺度、不同类型建筑项目的原创研发、创新设计及理论研究工作。

ZIG Architects is a pioneering design team that is both practical and innovative. Zhang Hua has taken on a mentorship role within the design team, which is committed to original research and development, innovative designs and theoretical research for construction projects of varying scales and types.

ZIG以落地实践的建筑创作作为媒介，努力探索人、环境与社会的和谐共生，力求打造符合时代语境、属于未来的建筑。力图通过研究成果与设计作品引领行业的思潮，寻求建筑在整体与个体、现实与需求、城市与自然、变迁与沉淀之间的共生方式。

Zig applies the practical implementation of architectural creation as a medium, whilst striving to explore the harmonious coexistence of humans, environment and society, and pursuing the creation of buildings that conform to the context of this period whilst belonging to the future. Through the results of in-depth research and design work, ZIG aims to be a thought leader in the industry, and embraces a symbiotic approach to architecture which offers a harmony between the whole and the individual, reality and demands, the urban environment and nature, and change and precipitation.

ZIG由年轻化、专业化、精英化的设计师组成。团队管理架构扁平、灵活，崇尚平等、纯粹、高效的设计氛围，赋予团队成员足够的自由创新及成长发展空间。

ZIG is composed of young, professional and elite designers. The team management structure is non-hierarchical, flexible, and advocates an equal, unadulterated and efficient design atmosphere, which provides team members with sufficient space for free-minded innovation, growth and development.

1. 教育背景良好，本科及以上学历，建筑学专业国内外知名院校毕业生优先；
2. 需提供作品集；
3. 有较强的设计能力及语言表达能力；
4. 熟练掌握AutoCAD、SU、AI、ID等基本常用软件，能熟练使用Rhino、Maya者优先。

1. Candidates whose graduated from prestigious institutions of architecture would be considered with priority;
2. A portfolio is required;
3. Possess very strong design ability and expression ability;
4. Fully conversant with drafting in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator and Indesign, expertise in Rhino or Maya is preferred.

1. 教育背景良好，本科及以上学历，建筑学专业国内外知名院校毕业生优先，1-3年全职工作经验；
2. 需提供作品集；
3. 有较强的设计能力及语言表达能力；
4. 熟练掌握AutoCAD、SU、AI、ID等基本常用软件，能熟练使用Rhino、Maya者优先。
