高级督导教师是芬兰建筑类创意STEAM课程的教学带头人,能培训和领导教师团队,也能通过自身示范展示教师形象和能力,积极配合市场和营销活动。 高级督导教师需要尊重芬兰以学生为中心,开放式的教育价值观、理念及准则。

职位要求

教育背景:
建筑设计专业本科以上学历

语言能力:
流利使用中文和英文两种语言进行工作

管理能力:
有团队领导经验
有能力进行目标设定,激励,沟通,冲突解决
有能力和团队内外的多种角色进行沟通协调

附加优先考虑的条件:
有与儿童和/或青少年一起学习的经验,最好是教授或指导过儿童学习群体
有较强的亲和力,感染力,语言表达能力和沟通能力
有芬兰企业工作经验或者对芬兰教育有一定了解
能熟练使用电脑办公软件

O ARKKI HEAD TEACHER

ROLE
Arkki Head Teacher is the leader of Arkki’s local education from the content point of view. He/she also leads and manages the team of Arkki teachers, including training and human resources, demonstrating Arkki teacher qualities through own example. As well, he/she strongly contributes to marketing and communication with external stakeholders with regards to Arkki’s educational content. In his/her role, the head teacher respects and acts in-line with global Arkki values, philosophy and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:
● Minimum Bachelor level degree in Architecture
● Pedagogical education is an additional plus
● Successful completion of Arkki Teacher and Head teacher training
– Arkki orientation and Pedagogical self-studies
– Arkki orientation training including the relevant module trainings
– Successful completion of Arkki Head teacher training

Experience:
● Proven track record as an Arkki teacher for minimum 2 complete courses/modules (80 hours
of Arkki teaching)
● Previous leadership experience is an additional plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching
● Teaching of Arkki courses to maintain and develop own teaching competence

Managing Arkki Education (content-wise)
● Management of Arkki education (content-wise):
– Planning of the local course offering (modules, theme courses and workshops; groups: continuing groups, new groups; other events)
– Scheduling of the courses
– Organizing the courses (allocation of the teachers, venues)
– Ensuring the appropriate tools and materials for the courses
– Sourcing and localizing the tools and materials needed for Arkki education according to Arkki International guidelines
● Management of special events, workshops, excursions, end of the term ceremonies and
exhibitions (content-wise)
● Management of the pedagogical environment
– Ensuring that the space, equipment, storage, furniture, exhibition space meet the educational criteria
– Defining and communicating the rules related to the use of the venue to the teachers
● Ensuring the quality of Arkki education
● Planning, supporting and controlling of the quality
● Localising Arkki educational content for the local language and culture n line with Arkki
International guidelines
Leading and managing Arkki teachers
● Teacher management (HR):
– Planning and recruitment, probation and evaluation, appraisal and performance management and training and development
– Introduction and guidance of (new) teachers
– Operational teacher management like organizing working hours, vacations, sick leaves, substitutes, conflict resolution.
– Development of appropriate processes, rules and practices needed in teachers’ work
● Training of Arkki teachers
– Orientation training
– Module training
– Refreshment training
● Leadership of Arkki teachers:
– Target, objective and expectation setting, communication, coaching, motivating and inspiring others, directing others, conflict resolution
– External stakeholder management/communication
● Communication with external stakeholders with regards to educational content
– Parents, schools, kindergartens, media, other stakeholders
– Leading the communication and preparing and supporting the teachers in the communication
– Managing feedback
– Managing parental evenings (content-wise)
● Managing the interaction with Arkki international or Master franchisee in relation to educational content
– Additions and updates to educational content and instructions
– Feedback and input related to educational content

● Passion for continuous development as an Arkki teacher, including why (innovation skills), what(STEA M and beyond, architecture development, environment, design and any related subjects) and how (pedagogy)
