谷德项目对接平台(查看更多项目申请成为会员寻找设计师)已经运营了近两年的时间,平台上发布过的项目总额近5亿,项目对接成功率为19%。项目周期不一,建筑时间最长,室内和景观次之。目前陆续有一些会员接到的项目建成完工或者设计阶段完毕,我们由衷地为这些合作成功的会员和业主高兴。

在平台上,我们发现了一些富有才华的年轻公司一年内不止接到一个项目;看到有经验丰富的公司甚至进军海外成交了国外的度假酒店项目;目睹在传统渠道上只能接室内项目的建筑师成交了多个建筑项目;了解到优秀的设计公司对业主议价能力很强,可以大幅提升业主原有预算等等多种情况。我们将展示会员在平台上接到的项目,附以谷德对建筑师的简短采访,了解他们对接项目的经过和感受。

gooood Get-Project platform ( more project information/membership register/look for designer) has been in operation for nearly two years, having published projects with nearly 500 million budget in total and the success ratio of 19% in the project alignment. Different fields require different project periods, as the architectural design requires for the longest time, while the periods of the interior design and the landscape design follow in the subsequence. Currently, it is a good pleasure and honor to see that some of our members have completed the construction or the design of the projects they received. On the platform, we have discovered that some talented young companies have obtained more than one project commissions within one year, some experienced companies have marched into the oversea market with commissions of overseas exclusive hotel projects, some architects who could only obtain interior projects in the conventional way have dealt with several architecture projects, and that some outstanding design companies can have a great impact on their clients that they could convince their clients to raise the original budget by a wide margin, etc. Now, we are going to display the projects our members have received on our platform accompanied with brief interviews, listening to their processes and the feelings toward the project alignment on our platform. We hope for a better platform, as well as your supports.

设计师会员回访

谷德采访了项目设计师杨添堡,请他回答了在对接过程中的一些经历以及使用项目推介平台的体验

1. 您在项目对接平台一年一共和多少个甲方有相当程度的接触沟通,最终接到了几个项目?

杨添堡:一年联系了7-8个业主,迄今为止确定了3个项目。

2. 接到的项目是什么类型,设计费是多少?项目进展到了什么程度?该项目完成后除了设计费还给你带来了哪些你认为有价值的事情。

杨添堡:超市和餐厅类型,设计费和平台公布的差不多,有一个超市项目中途停了。第一个是北京餐饮合集项目,做完施工图,物业餐饮批准没有申请下来,然后算夭折了。第二个是上海的住宅设计,现在在施工中,设计费10万。第三个是上海的糖水铺,客户在网上发布后,线下找到我们的。已经完成,设计费是7W。通常1个客户是找寻了多家事务所,确定在2-4家,大多要第一轮竞争,对于工作室来说初期经验和协调方式都很宝贵,不过大多数第一轮都是免费的。

3. 从网络平台对接项目,在和甲方沟通的过程中是否遇到了一些不一样的问题?是如何克服的?

杨添堡:对于初期小型事务所来说,最重要是如何找寻契合的客户,开始自身百分之八十案子都是客户介绍朋友。后来有一段时间空白期,通过平台接洽增加了可能性。恢复了正常的运营。线上对接的过程难点是如何让大家相互建立信任,然后一起共同经营信任把事情做到完美。

4. 您认为能够从网络平台接到项目,您自身的优势有哪些?

杨添堡:因为工作室比较喜欢关注研究当下的生活问题,基本上针对当下中小型空间的设计问题。通过服务不同的空间和人群传达健康和趣味的生活体验,而不同的空间涉猎也会不断要求学习和刺激我们本身进步。

5. 您认为谷德项目对接平台的优势在哪里?从哪些方面为您带来了显著的帮助?

杨添堡:通过平台的项目本身纯在很大的多样性和趣味性。而我们和客户从时间精力上都会缩减很大的成本。对于我们会更专注的关注研究空间/人本身。

6. 您认为平台还可以在哪些方面有所改善?

杨添堡:以前工作的时候,做过公益项目如玉树孤儿院改建,社区儿童空间。建立工作室也打算在良性运营后,建立5-10%机制。每年保证分出这个比例的精力涉猎公益改善空间。觉得谷德可以通过平台的影响力加入这种类型项目,对于从业者和使用者会做出良性的改善。另外觉得谷德可以尝试传播如环保再生,特殊新型材料。这样对于设计公司而言可以尝试更多新型的材质,大家相互探讨实现大范围的再利用。以前听意大利的设计师说中国采购大理石快把他们国家山挖完了,当时想笑而又无奈,希望我们这一代不会自己挖空自己的土地。

 

 

业主回访

1. 请问在决定设计公司之前您与多少家公司进行过比较深入的沟通?

李女士:一起对接了10多家公司,都做了一些深入的沟通。因为上一个店铺合作的一家知名设计公司方案做的还不错,但是现场对接很差,还要我们自己去和施工队解决现场问题。因此我们非常慎重。

2. 请问选中的设计公司的哪些优点或者特点是您中意的?

李女士:也是无意间体验添堡他们序态设计研究室建成的空间,探索形式上还蛮好玩的。所以我们就主动找上他们了,打算先尝试一家店,看看建成效果。后来过程和结果超过我们预期太多,现在已经又合作了两家店。他们做事情的责任感和设计的独特探索性确实非常打动我们。我们希望每家店铺在保留我们企业理念的同时都有自己的空间热性。

3. 您觉得谷德项目对接平台的优缺点有哪些?

李女士:总的来说挺好的,通过平台找寻卓越的设计团队提升我们华心的品牌,适应当下的多样需求。所以希望设计团队非常专业和拥有探索精神。

Project Description

我们已经处于从文字为中心转换到以媒介为中心的时代,面对复杂多样的公共空间人群需求,吸引眼球的媒介介入到空间体验,确实是实体商业空间面对电商冲击的优势。但作为空间设计的我们也在思考和研究如何以更好的方式介入当下。

7月的初夏香港华心糖水铺联系我们,希望尝试合作他们的一个新店铺。位于上海中山公园长宁来福士一楼,空间除开厨房面积,使用空间在56㎡左右。客户的需求明确2点:1.按照他们的数据团队分析,空间最低满足50人的座位,才能保持合理的运营。2.空间要拥有香港传统糖水铺的氛围营造。

In this era when the public focus has moved away from texts to media, we’re presented with complex demands for public space. For physical stores, it is indeed an advantage for them to integrate eye-attracting media to stand against the impact of e-commerce. Meanwhile, as designers, we are also thinking about how to intervene in the present space in a better way.

In the early summer of July, Hong Kong Wansum Tongshui (a dessert café brand) got in touch and hoped to cooperate with us on one of their new stores located on the first floor of Changning Raffles City in Shanghai Zhongshan Park. Usable space amounts to about 56m2, not including the kitchen area. The client asked for two things: the shop needs to accommodate at least 50 customers in order for profitable operation, according to their data analysis; and the place should give the air of traditional Hongkong dessert cafés.

丰富的座位数量,较小的空间面积,接近5.5米的层高。这些都是现有的趣味条件。对于香港的印象是来源于80/90年代电影香港筒子楼之间的公共空间,川流不息的人群,夹杂着丰富的特色小店。这种场景里蕴含着梦幻的趣味生命力。

In short, we were to design a large number of seats in a relatively small area with a height of 5.5m, which Quite interesting conditions. Our impression of Hong Kong is derived from the tube-shaped apartment buildings in the 80/90s HK movies, packed with crowds of people and specialty shops, a scene mixed with dreamy vitality.

主题概念,我们移植“楼宇”与“街道”这种场景,“楼宇”成为空间实际的交通空间。“街道”形成人群就餐空间。为了增加空间的呼吸感,室外和店铺之间,用发光亚克力来区分内外。内部的“楼宇”与“街道”,采用瓦楞玻璃和金属网,形成空间两层叠加的朦胧感。

In terms of the thematical concept, the concepts of ‘apartment’ and ‘alleyway’ are transplanted into the shop to symbolize the space for dinning and walking.   For more spatial lightness, fluorescent acrylic planes are used to distinguish the inside from the outside. In the café, two-layered corrugated glazing and metal mesh are used to create a sense of ambiguity.

尼尔*波茨曼说过“媒介及隐喻”。主题色调从中抽取了红、绿、黄三色,还原香港复古的市井色调。红黄绿色调的融合,马赛克,回收旧木板,皮革和金属等材料的组织是表达香港的独特氛围,呈现结构上是怀旧和当下交织的方式,希望不再是直白的表达怀旧和当下。座位使用4种模数,搭配不同使用场景下需求。实现52个座位的使用。

Neil Postman once mentioned the idea that ‘The medium is the metaphor’. We chose red, green and yellow as the theme colours to restore the sense of urbanity of Hong Kong. The combination of the three tones, mosaics, recycled boards, leather and metal materials is intended to express Hong Kong’s unique atmosphere, bringing together the past and the present, rather than blatant nostalgia. The seats come in 4 a table to allow for different scenarios, totaling 52.

糖水是通过味觉蓓蕾的方式唤起人们记忆,而空间通过组织明与暗,粗糙与细腻,明艳与低饱和,清晰和朦胧共同对比塑造着空间的氛围。将人们内心的那丝丝共性记忆剥离出来,通过重新的组织,重现回忆里的片刻悸动。

While desserts evoke people’s memory through taste buds, space creates a special atmosphere through the organization of light and dark, roughness and delicacy, brightness and low saturated hues, clarity and haziness, extracting the common memory from people’s heart and reproducing the fluttering moments with reorganization.

人群穿梭与五光十色如电影中被定格的画面,空间的模糊朦胧感,点点细节都能勾起你的片刻回忆,这就是属于这个年代记忆的共鸣。

People passing by in the illuminated space are like the captured images in the movies, complete with blurred details to evoke your memories, resonating the memories of this era.
