一、场地 Site
南油保税港区一期W6仓库,选址在深圳前海的南端妈湾片区,隶属于前海湾保税港园区,西面紧邻妈湾大道,不远处即为海湾。园区南侧紧邻二期用地及临海大道,有整个园区的主要出入口,东临海运二、三号仓库。 时至今日,这里仍是成片的集装箱吊装码头以及大型货柜车的喧嚣。
W6 warehouse locates in Mawan area which is the south part of Qian Hai, Shenzhen, belonging to the Qianhai Free Trade Harbor Zone. The site was just inside of the container terminal port which surrounded by the incessant noise of the large-scale container trucks with the main entrance of the entire harbor zone.
二、建筑 Architecture
2.1尺度的研究Study on scale
仓库是一个约200m*150m*40m的巨型方体,其以18m的大型货柜车(*运载40英尺集装箱)为基本尺度,采用12m*12m的柱网,一、二层层高10.5m,货车可以在一层中部穿过,同时也可由西北及东南角通过坡道上到二层平台,这也产生一种超人的尺度感。为了消解这种巨大体量的压迫感,将其根据高度比例划分成基座(一层),腰身(二层),顶部(三层,四层)的三段式布局。顶部两层体量悬挑出腰身4-6m,基座部分亦向外突出,强调了这种体量的组合关系。
同时,将顶部的四面按对角线两次折叠,各形成三个面,形成连续多面体,加上悬挑的尺度,营造出较为轻盈的视觉感,而基座部分沿东西长方向均沿中部通道对称形成三面体的外凸,强化了稳定感。
同时在办公楼的处理上,也加入了巨构的多面体与仓储体量相呼应,而大面积的玻璃幕墙也与仓库的体量形成虚实对比。
2.1Study on scale
The warehouse is a large cube about 200m*150m*40m, the column grid is 12m*12m,story height is 10.5m, allowing 18m-long container trucks passing. 2 long ramps lead the trucks to the second-floor platform from both northwest and southeast corner. These result in an unconventional sense of huge scale. A solution of three-longitudinal-zone layout which includes the base (the first floor), the middle (the second floor) and the top (the third and fourth floor)was adopted in order to resolve the pressure of the huge scale space. The overhanging of top part as long as the base part enhanced and strengthened the volumes.
For the top part, a continuous polyhedron which created by folding each face two times along the diagonals in addition with the overhanging part presented a lightsome volume. On the other hand, stability was strengthened by the outward trihedron of the base part.
The office building echoed the warehouse volume by adding gigantic polyhedron. The large glass curtain walls and the warehouse walls play a strong strength contrast.
2.2材料的呈现 materials
仓库顶部采用基本尺寸为2m*1.3m(折线以下)和2m*1.6m(折线以上)的银白色铝板,其中穿孔板的孔径大小均为Φ100,通过两组开孔率分别约为25%以及5%形成两种看似深浅不同的质感,相互间隔。同时,在四个角部为了保证建筑的挺拔感,采用了不开孔的同大小铝板,同时也保证了后期施工的便捷性。三种铝板通过悬臂端的钢骨架便形成了顶部的连续折面形态。
基座部分采用基本尺寸为1.5m*1.4m的单孔银白色铝板,结合参数设置出由Φ320到Φ800按40级数变化,同时相邻板材之间按200的级差错动,从而使得基座呈现独特的韵律感。 同样,在折线分割的地方,板材不开孔。
这些“同质异构”的材料附着在雕塑感折面形态上,在立面上形成细腻的渐变。而惊喜的是,这种舱体式的大小圆孔,结合腰部橙黄色的格栅,在巨型的坡道空间等部分形成了丰富的光影变化,让外部材料又有了新的内延。
2.2 materials
The top partwas wrapped in silver aluminum plate panels with basic dimension of 2m*1.3m(1.6m) among which a visual distinction was drown by two different perforated distribution,about 25% and 5%. Same sized non-perforated aluminum plate panels wereadopted at the four corners to ensure the sharp and clean-cut outline, and subsequentlyoffering convenience for the construction. A continuous folding surface was presented by the three types aluminumpanels following the cantilever steel skeleton.
Silver aluminum plate panels on the base part grouped a unique rhythm as the 40 series of perforation dimensions from Φ320 to Φ800 by the parametric design method. Non-perforation on the folding part.
These diversified panels on the sculptural folding faces presented a delicate variation. Natural sunlight reaches the interior through all sizes of the perforated panels, casting a great variety of shadows against the long large ramp, which enriched the out skin material.
2.3色彩的控制 color control
深圳蓝天碧海下,银白色的建筑体量总是冉冉生辉。为了强化体量的层次,在腰身部分采用了鲜艳的橙色金属氟碳漆,昭示出建筑内在的激情和活力,也形成了强烈的视觉感受。同时,通过联桥,以及办公楼的内部中庭等,将这种色彩感顺延。
2.3 color control
Silver buildings are always shining brightly , echoing this seaside city’s feature.
The volume was highlighted as the bright orange fluorocarbon paint on the middle part of the warehouse, which also placed a visual emphasis. The color extended along the connecting bridges and the atrium of the office building.
