Insiders Architecture Studio, founded in Shanghai in 2021, is an architectural design firm dedicated to uncovering the unique value of each design. We understand that architecture is not just static structures but evolving organisms that play a pivotal role in the historical process of human exploration of nature and urban construction.

For projects of varying functions and sizes, Insiders adheres to a rational design logic, aiming to guide architecture to reveal its emotional and poetic aspects through precise and 9*/rigorous design practices, while maintaining an elegant and pure artistic quality.

Since our establishment, we have been committed to interdisciplinary collaboration, breaking through traditional boundaries in planning, architecture, landscape, and interior design. By closely cooperating with consultants in structural, lighting, acoustic, and visual fields, we adopt an open collaborative attitude, achieving efficient interdisciplinary cooperation to provide customized strategies and comprehensive, professional design solutions for each project. O 执行建筑师 Executive Architect （上海）

岗位职责：
1. 持有建筑学学士或更高学位，具备3至5年的相关工作经验。
2. 对国家建筑规范和技术有深入了解，熟悉项目设计流程。
3. 对设计充满热情，具有强烈的责任心和自我驱动力，能够在高强度工作环境中保持高效。
4. 拥有出色的团队协作和沟通能力，能有效管理时间和人力资源。
5. 具备高效执行项目和精确落实细节的能力。
6. 具有创新设计思维，能够提出新颖的设计方案。
7. 精通AutoCAD、Rhino、Photoshop、SketchUp、Adobe Creative Suite等设计软件。

Job Responsibilities： 
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
2. Deep knowledge of national architectural regulations, technology, and project design workflows.
3. A passionate, self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive under high pressure and maintain efficiency.
4. Excellent at team collaboration and communication, capable of effectively managing time and resources.
5. Demonstrates efficient project execution with a meticulous attention to detail.

岗位职责：

O 商务拓展助理 Business Development Assistant（上海）

岗位职责：
1. 主动参与业务拓展活动和渠道推广计划，积极寻找新的项目合作机遇。
2. 努力完成客户关系维护，深化与客户的合作关系，探索长期合作潜力。
3. 协助进行商务洽谈，负责收集和整理商务文件及资料，确保信息的准确性和完整性。
4. 负责编制各种招投标文件和服务建议书，确保提交的文档质量和专业性。
5. 协助项目合同的签署和后续款项的回收流程，保证项目顺利进行和财务安全。

Job Responsibilities:
