O 实习生 INTERN
工作职责
• 实习生负责和团队合作，在团队领导的指导下根据具体任务要求和预期效果修改文本和图纸等。
• 需要时完成一定建筑设计任务等。
• 学习能力强，具有创新能力；
任职资格
• 在读建筑专业研究生。
• 具备一定的英文听说读写能力。
• 掌握AutoCAD，且熟悉其他绘图和设计及展示软件。
• 熟悉Revit软件的可以优先考虑
• 全职实习和兼职实习都可以根据申请人的实际需求具体协商
Responsibilities
• With close supervision, interns will work with project teams to modify documents and drawings with detailed instructions regarding tasks and expected results.
• Performs architectural assignments as needed.
• Fast learner and creativity
Qualifications
• Currently a college student working to obtain a professional degree from an accredited architecture program.
• Entry level student Intern on the path to Architectural Registration with little or no previous experience.
• Knowledgeable of Revit and AutoCAD plus other drafting and presentation tools.
O 设计师 Designer
工作职责
• 负责项目设计概念的构思
• 对其他设计人员的设计概念进行延展，并协调项目设计工作
• 在一定指导下按照行业标准、施工技术要求和工程准则深化设计方案
• 在总指导下制作给客户的汇报文件
• 给出室内材料建议，拟定室内布局
任职资格
• 取得相关专业学历学位
• 具备良好的英文听说读写能力
• 拥有3-6年工作经验
• 对于酒店及商业地产或医疗或体育等类项的项目有概念设计、方案设计和施工图设计的经验；有过中到大型项目的设计经验的优先；
• 熟练应用Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, BIM 360，Photoshop, InDesign及其他建筑设计相关软件；
• 对于更少或者更多经验丰富的候选人，我们会考虑初级设计师、设计师，项目设计师等级别的职位。
Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing creative design concepts for projects
• Expanding on concepts of others and coordinating project design
• Under limited supervision developing design solutions based on industry standard, construction techniques and engineering principles
• Under general supervision making client presentations
• Proposes materials for and layouts of interiors
Qualifications
• Professional degree from an accredited program is required
• 3-6 years’ experience is required
• Architectural Experience in concept design, schematic design, design development and construction document for the projects like mix-use & hotel OR healthcare OR sports; proven experience in medium to large scale projects is highly preferred;
• Proficient in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, BIM 360, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. and management software such as Microsoft Office and Project, Bluebeam, Acrobat, etc.
• Candidates with less or more experience may be considered for Junior to Associate level positions.

工作职责
• 负责施工文件的制作和发布
• 协调设计团队内部及对外的沟通交流
• 协助制定设计进度，并确保其顺利实施
• 协助确定工作成本、预算和人力预测
• 为项目编写报告或规范

• 取得相关专业学历学位
• 具备良好的英文听说读写能力
• 拥有5-8年工作经验
• 对于酒店及商业地产或医疗或体育等类项的项目有概念设计、方案设计和施工图设计的经验；有过中到大型项目的设计经验的优先；
• 熟练应用Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, BIM 360，Photoshop, InDesign及其他建筑设计相关软件；
• 对于更少或者更多经验丰富的候选人，我们会考虑初级建筑师、建筑师，项目建筑设计师等级别的职位。
Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall production of and issuance of construction documents.
• Coordinates design group interaction both internally and externally.
• Assists in developing production schedule and manages to that schedule.
• Assists in developing job costs, job budget, and manpower projections.
• Write reports or specifications for assigned project.
Qualifications
• Professional degree from an accredited program.
• 5 – 8 years’ experience.
• Architectural Experience in concept design, schematic design, design development and construction document for the projects like mix-use & hotel OR healthcare OR sports; proven experience in medium to large scale projects is highly preferred;
• Proficient in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, BIM 360, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. and management software such as Microsoft Office and Project, Bluebeam, Acrobat, etc.

O 项目建筑师 Project Architect
工作职责
• 根据对建筑设计准则和实践以及先进技术的广泛了解，相对自主地制作项目节点图
• 审核项目图纸，协助尺寸控制标准的建立和实施。也会包括部分高级培训/开发相关的工作
• 负责设计计算
• 确保项目所分配部分的工作按照相关规范和控规要求进行
• 为项目编写报告或规范
• 管理建筑师团队
任职资格
• 取得相关专业学历学位
• 拥有5-9年建筑设计工作经验
• 具备优秀的英文听说读写能力
• 取得注册建筑师资质
• 对于酒店及商业地产或医疗或体育等类项的项目有概念设计、方案设计和施工图设计的经验；有过中到大型项目的设计经验的优先；
• 熟练应用Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, BIM 360，Photoshop, InDesign及其他建筑设计相关软件；
• 对于更少或者更多经验丰富的候选人，我们会考虑初级建筑师、建筑师，项目建筑设计师等级别的职位。
Responsibilities
• Prepares complex detailed project drawings with minimal supervision using diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices and advanced techniques.
• Reviews project drawings and assists in establishing and maintaining dimensional control. Assignments may include higher-level work for training/development purposes.
• Performs design computations.
• Validate that code and zoning requirements for assigned segment of project are met.
• Write reports or specifications for assigned project.
• Supervise a team of architects.
Qualification
• Professional degree from an accredited program is required.
• 5 – 9 years’ of Architectural experience is required.
• Architectural Registration is required.
• Architectural Experience in concept design, schematic design, design development and construction document for the projects like mix-use&hotel OR healthcare OR sports; proven experience in medium to large scale projects is highly preferred;

• 领导设计团队，指导初级设计师开展工作
• 负责项目期间与顾问方和团队成员的协调沟通

• 拥有9-12年建筑设计工作经验
• 对于酒店及商业地产或医疗或体育等类项的项目有概念设计、方案设计和施工图设计的经验；有过中到大型项目的设计经验的优先；

• Responsible for creating and planning the conceptual design of project or major portions of projects.
• Lead design process by generating the concepts.
• Makes client presentations without supervision.
• Works closely with clients to capture client’s thoughts and concepts for projects.
• Lead team of junior level designers.
• Coordinate with consultants and teammates throughout projects
Qualifications
• Professional degree from an accredited program is required.
• 9 – 12 years’ of Architectural experience is required.
• Architectural Experience in concept design, schematic design, design development and construction document for the projects like mix-use&hotel OR healthcare OR sports; proven experience in medium to large scale projects is highly preferred;
