Brno-based architectural practice knesl kynčl architekti was founded in 2001 by Jiří Knesl and Jakub Kynčl. In 2016, architects Jan Weiss and Bohuš Zoubek joined as partners, followed in 2019 by civil engineer Martin Trčka. Today, the practice comprises a team of around 30 architects, urban planners, and structural engineers who specialise in architecture at all scales, from spatial planning and urban design, through public buildings, housing and refurbishments, to the finer details of architectural design.
