青天制作所是一家提供建筑设计、改造、艺术策展及产品设计服务的设计制作工作室。致力于具有高度历史性和公共性质的项目，提高社区群体、个人与设计的关联和体验。事务所注重从建筑、空间、景观、体验等多维角度展开探索。希望通过设计，强化其对城市、街道、社区、家庭和个体带来的影响，更好地诠释项目本身及其社会意义，丰富项目的社会参与度和公共认知度。
主创包理佳（Freja Bao）在英国和日本参与建筑工作的同时，积极投入艺术创作，画作多次于英国皇家美术馆参展。在此期间，Freja认识到中国传统文化对当代设计的影响和潜在推动性。在2023年，成立青天制作所。“天圆地方，天青地黄。”《尚书 虞书 益稷》书“东方谓之青”，青色乃中国色之首。青天制作所的设计从传统着手，通过对历史的挖掘，建立起与当代生活的连结和共鸣，制造出富有当下民族和时代性的设计。
