PELINU PROJECTS is a collaboration between the architects LAURA CRISTEA and RAPHAEL ZUBER.
Laura Cristea studied architecture at UAUIM in Bucharest and graduated in 2016 from The Oslo School of Architecture and Design AHO. She taught as a Teaching Assistant at AHO Oslo, EPF Lausanne, ETH Zurich and at UAUIM in Bucharest and in 2024 was invited as a guest teacher at PBSA Dusseldorf. Among others, she is currently working on the design of an inclusive mountain retreat for children in Romania (1st prize in a competition).
Raphael Zuber studied architecture at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) and directly after opened his own office. His work is widely published and internationally recognized. At the moment he is working on the Public swimming pool in Gossau, Switzerland, which will be completed in 2026. The House at the Black Sea, in collaboration with Laura Cristea
