CSKARCHITECTS is a thoughtful, ambitious practice, interested in crafted, tailored designs and the creation of buildings which have a real sense of belonging.
CSKARCHITECTS was formally known as Corrigan + Soundy + Kilaiditi Architects. The practice was founded in 1983 having won a National Architectural competition for 76 riverside dwellings and 20,000 sqft of offices at Elephant Lane in Rotherhithe. Since then the practice has consistently produced award-winning projects for a wide range of building-types, most recently focusing on work in the residential, medical and education sectors. The founding partners of Corrigan + Soundy + Kilaiditi retired in 2016 and the junior partners launched CSKARCHITECTS (Ltd), a design studio retaining all of the former staff and expertise. Richard Soundy and Erini Kilaiditi remain as external consultants.
