Christian de Vietri is an artist/yogin based in New York. He works as a conduit for the Tantrik traditions, Kashmir Shaivism in particular, giving sculptural form to spiritual teachings with contemporary technology. His art education took place at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts in Paris where he completed his Bachelor of Fine Art, Columbia University in New York City where he completed a Master of Fine Art, and in Nepal where he studied Newar sacred art. He has extensive training in the practice and philosophy of Yoga, has received initiation into the Shakta Kaula and the Trika Shaiva lineages, and has been certified as a mentor and teacher of Trika Mahasiddha Yoga.
