"Aparente" is a collaborative architecture studio, established in 2018 in Mexico City by architects Xavier Plata and Yaffa Sefchovich. They started their collaboration at the Universidad Iberoamericana in the architecture course, graduating in 2016. Subsequently being co-workers in the office PDP. In parallel we carried out our first competition for the restoration of a house from the 70's, and being winners of the same was how we started our first project together.
