长沙人对网红城市这一概念自信而认同，两千多年前的古长沙马王堆汉墓留存的食谱，使得今天的长沙人能有乐天好食的传承。随着消费升级与夜经济的兴起，不夜城长沙的美誉，成为旅游的标签。有文和友，费大厨，从茶颜悦色到MAMACHA,从米粉街到黄兴路，整个夜长沙弥漫着挑动味蕾的荷尔蒙，让长沙的夜空中充满着激情与欲望。长沙第一高楼IFS国金中心是斥资36亿港资物业，位于黄兴路的交叉路口，犹如日本东京的人流繁华区位，国金中心为长沙带来了全球化的商业标准。

These recipes symbolize Changsha’s long-standing love for fine food. The city’s fame as a ‘city that never sleeps’ aligns with the rise of consumerism and the night economy, making it a popular tourist destination. Known for spots like Wenheyi, Chef Fei, Tea Yan Yue Se, and MAMACHA, and areas from Rice Noodle Street to Huangxing Road, Changsha’s nightlife is an enticing blend of flavors, passion, and desire. The IFS International Finance Center, Changsha’s tallest building and a 3.6 billion Hong Kong dollar investment, stands at the crossroads of Huangxing Road, comparable to Tokyo’s bustling districts, symbolizing Changsha’s embrace of global commercial standards.

餐厅选址在湖南的时尚顶流商圈，国金中心七楼天台。公共艺术由全球潮流艺术家KAWS打造的雕塑作品原作，是大中华区第三个永久性雕像，也是网红潮流的王炸标志。吸引全球的时尚青年人群。面对长沙本土餐饮的繁荣与实力，泥靴西餐厅也做足了准备。食物与用餐环境的设计也提出了新的标准，一定得满足长沙人对食物的挑剔与时尚的追求。

The Boots Western Restaurant in Changsha is strategically located in Hunan’s top fashion and business district, on the rooftop of the seventh floor of the IFS International Finance Center. This location is highlighted by a public art piece, an original sculpture created by the globally renowned contemporary artist KAWS. This sculpture is the third permanent statue by KAWS in the Greater China region and has become a landmark symbol of internet fame and trendy culture, attracting a global, fashionable, and youthful demographic.In the face of the prosperity and strength of Changsha’s local dining scene, The Boots has thoroughly prepared itself to meet these high standards. The design of both the food and the dining environment sets new benchmarks, aiming to satisfy Changsha’s discerning palate and pursuit of fashion. This indicates a blend of high culinary standards with a modern, stylish ambiance, catering to the sophisticated tastes of Changsha’s residents and visitors.

Get holiday设计理念
Concept “Get holiday”

自在生成作为泥靴长沙国金首店设计团队，在主创设计王猛与欧阳李文的主持下，通过几个月的筹备与工作，力求在原泥靴店型与风格基础上表现出长沙的时代人文特色。设计师王猛本来是湖南人，多年在外求学与设计工作实践后，回到长沙做项目，也会有特殊的情感与心理。如何打造敢为人先的长沙人能接受的空间环境，也是个重要课题。湖南人好玩，好客是天性，能策乐天是本能。好玩有创造力的设计是根本的。

The design team for the boots’first store in Changsha at the IFS International Finance Center, led by principal designers Wang Meng and Ouyang Liwen, is from Onto Genesis Design Studio. After several months of preparation and work, they aimed to integrate Changsha’s contemporary cultural characteristics into the original style and model of the boots. Wang Meng, originally from Hunan, brought a special emotional connection and perspective to the project after years of studying and practicing design elsewhere.A key challenge for the team was to create a pioneering and culturally resonant space that appeals to the progressive tastes of Changsha’s residents. The playful and hospitable nature of the people of Hunan, along with their innate joyfulness and creativity, were essential considerations in the design process. Emphasizing fun and creativity was fundamental.

以get holiday为设计理念，是花园，也是农场，一种回归自然的用餐场景，也是视觉传播中的标志性记忆。餐厅被四周的绿植围绕，似一道“透明”的边界。身临其境，好似一处亲密的烹饪花园。我们期待以平凡、质朴的设计语言来营造出餐厅回归田野和假日的氛围感。

The design concept, “get holiday,” merges the ideas of a garden and a farm, offering a return-to-nature dining experience that becomes a signature visual memory. The restaurant is enveloped by greenery, creating a “transparent” boundary. This setting aims to evoke the feeling of an intimate cooking garden. The design language is ordinary and simple, intending to create an atmosphere that reflects a return to the fields and the essence of a holiday, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings.

舟能渡人，一段精神的旅行开始
The boat can ferry people; a spiritual journey begins

在餐厅空间的正中央的天顶上，吊置着一艘加拿大CLIPPER中古赛艇，创造力的道具，让空间增添故事性。墙上由设计师收集全球的中古版画与旅途的照片，与生猛的中古道具组合，传递着空间度假的主题。空间每个角落都包含了设计师的关怀与审美，彰显择物的功力。让泥靴用餐环境，即简洁复古，又不失去人间烟火气，通过设计恰到好处的拿捏。小船两边悬吊着暖黄色的球灯，仿佛在空中梦游，一切都暗示着泥靴不仅仅是一家餐厅，而是一个飘逸着自由精神的美梦。

In the central space of the restaurant, right at the zenith, hangs a vintage Canadian CLIPPER racing boat, a creative prop that adds a sense of story to the space. The walls are adorned with a collection of used prints and travel photos from around the world, combined with robust vintage props, conveying the theme of a vacation space. Every corner of the space reflects the designer’s care and aesthetic sense, showcasing their skill in selecting items. The dining environment of The boots is designed to be both simple and retro, yet full of the warmth and vibrancy of human life, achieved through precise and thoughtful design. Warm yellow globe lamps are suspended on both sides of the boat, creating an illusion of floating in the air, hinting that The boots is more than just a restaurant – it’s a dreamy space imbued with a spirit of freedom.

Taste Bud Diary on the Wall

由自在生成设计团队把关审美部分，泥靴的空间风格一惯坚持真实自然的设计主张，复古的轻质工业风格，厚重的体验感与自然的松弛感受，传递出与食物相得益彰的体验氛围。设计满足运营需求与消费体验的同时，也是生活方式的营造实践。通过对环境的塑造，各种道具的构成，满足食客的多元感官。每件家具的选择都会带中古风格，同时也把握到客人的舒适度体验，金色繁花般暖色灯光，丰富的工业灯具选型，营造的空间氛围品质，能牢牢抓主进店人的目光，也源自设计师王猛多年对工业古董的收集与研究。

Overseen by the Onto Genesis design team, The boots maintains a consistent style that adheres to a genuine and natural design philosophy. The space embodies a retro, lightweight industrial style, offering a profound sense of experience combined with a natural, relaxed feeling, creating an atmosphere that complements the food experience. The design not only meets operational needs and enhances the consumer experience but also embodies a practice of lifestyle creation.The environmental design and the composition of various props cater to the diverse sensory experiences of diners. Each piece of furniture is carefully selected to reflect a vintage style while ensuring the comfort of guests. The warm, golden, flower-like lighting, along with a rich selection of industrial light fixtures, contribute to the overall ambiance of the space. This captivating atmosphere, which draws in customers, stems from designer Wang Meng’s years of collecting and studying industrial antiques. The space is not just a place to dine; it’s a carefully crafted environment that engages and delights the senses, reflecting the designer’s deep understanding and appreciation of industrial vintage aesthetics.
